I had a job in Enid, my job happens to be across the street from this restaurant. My friend lives in Enid and we make plans to meet when my work is complete at 2pm. I had lots of work to do that I can do in my car, I have my computer etc. So I have several hours before the restaurant opens, I park where I can see what I need to see for my job and it happens to be the first parking spot in the parking lot. So I set up shop. No one says a work and I am not in the way, around 1pm a women comes out and knocks on my window, she said "you have been here since 7:50am, I said yes, I am waiting on a friend. She gives me the dirtiest look ever and then says "all day?" i said yes she huffed and turned and left. An hour later my friend gets there and we go in the restaurant to eat. I say nothing, order my food. The women from earlier is walking behind the counter saying things under her breath, like yeah people wait on friends all day long. all of the employees are looking at me, I make no comment or anything, my friend does not know anything about what was said. So we sit down and wait for our food. Again i say nothing to my friend , we are talking, people that ordered behind us start getting their food. Maybe 2 party's, my friend gets up and asks about our food, it is sitting on the microwave, they hand it to her. We eat and it was good. I just do not like the underhanded attitude. If the lady wanted me to move or wondered why I was there she could have asked me to move or asked why I was there so long instead of her attitude. My friend mentioned how unfriendly the staff has been since being bought out. She said they used to be so nice and now it is totally different. I still didn't offer my experience.    Read moreAlways a supreme salad extra meat and extra sour cream. I eat this 3 x a week. Im trying to increase my protien to lose some weight. I always ask for two salsas and they struggle to tell me an extra salsa. I have to explain evertime I can have 2 at no charge. This evening the same thing happened. 3 of the kitchen help had to chime in to tell me....what i already knew with the cook telling me they all know that. I told her the lady at the cash register didn't. So them I got retaliation. I didn't get much of a 2 helping meat serving and the woman that packed the bag yelled out salad with double meat and double sour cream with two salsa. I was the only one standing in the pick up area. She really was trying to embarrass me. Micro managing the salsa. The salad is 11.44. I bought 3 that day. I called to tell the manager and all I heard was ....I'm sorry you felt that way. Really. Your right I don't have to make myself feel like that ever again. I won't be back. Not to mention I paid cash and they still charged me for a credit card. 11.40 is to much for a salad and all that aggravation! So I came back with my mother she came in from Texas. Like perfect form your crew yelled out look when I went into the restaurant and they all laughed. They are a bunch of adolescents and have no idea how to treat costumers.    Read moreEdit. Updating as of June 2025. Used to be one of my favorite places to visit when I am in town. The current staff is awful and rude. I get restaurants are busy but I went in 3 times this week alonr. All awful. I live 3 hours away. I visit frequently when I am in town and usually take food back for my family. I watch my order being made and its wrong. I let them know and they yell at me. What? Not acceptable. Do not yell at me. Not my fault. The quantity and quality of portions is not there anymore. The service is awful. I listened to the staff cussing. I watched as they yelled for some to stop cleaning tables to come move the fan and turn it higher. The way they spoke to the other employee was awful. Also watched one employee ignore customers to look and fix a schedule for 5 days away when someone was requesting time off. Yelling across the restaurant asking everyone working if they wanted to work extra. The meat and bean portions have been reduced and the items are no longer filling. Do better. The ones in charge or acting in charge need to step up and remember kindness to customers and employees. You've lost a customer and...
