Have always Loved this place When Gene Sr and Gene Jr ran the Family Business but this New Management and Staff are very questionable and are Not what You would expect for this place of fond Family memories. The New Owner should definitely sit back and reevaluate who is actually Running this Business and wonder why No New employees stay long ... Probably because of a Certain Couple of so called Managers Who act like they are Teenagers and Cause Others to Feel Uncomfortable Teenagers should Not be given reign to feel above reproach either ...Unlawful use of cellular device by owner is Punishable by Law and am currently seeking Council against this activity and the treatment of all who has been treated unaccordingly by a few of these Female long time employees... Not accusing all of them just those ones ... Who know who they are... The other Ladies who are great and appreciated thank you but other few ... Shame On You and Owner for Not looking into these Matters of Not being able to keep steady new hires... Look within your management there's where your problem is... Gene Akers Sr would be Appalled by these Standards and take Measures to keep his Family Owned Business in the Class it Belongs. As it Looks... Lotta Burgers Future seems Not So Bright... We were super disappointed in our first ever visit with Lotta. As we are not from here, I had called to see if they had a drive thru we could order from. The man told us yes but it was for take out orders only. I explained we had never been there and so we didn’t know about their menu, nor could we find one online. The guy told us they had cheeseburgers so I said to give me two double cheeseburgers and two fries. We get there and our food was ready and the lady at the window was very nice. However we got home and only had one patty on each burger. We called and they said a double cheeseburger means double cheese 🤦🏻‍♀️. I’ve been to many burger places 😂 and have never had to say double meat double cheese. My bun was soggy from the pickle/juice and fries...
