The guy who was working today 1/19/25 running the whole shop by himself was fantastic, had a smile on his face the entire time even though he had a bit of a rush, very apologetic during the waiter which was unnecessary as he handled it all fantastic. Wish I got his name. The food was great, for a local business the idea is fantastic in a town like enterprise. Prices are fair enough for the portion sizes, and clearly their goal is to satisfy the customer. Overall I think this place deserves a solid perfect score when it comes down to it. My daughter and I are staying nearby at the Fairfield Marriott and discovered Huey’s Walking Tacos at the Legacy gas station while charging our electric car — and WOW, what a find! We tried the chicken with the original Cool Ranch Doritos style, and are beyond delicious. The flavor is amazing, the portions are generous, and everything is made fresh. We’ve already been back three times because we can’t get enough.

The Tex-Mex is by far the best Mexican fast food I have ever eaten and will come very close to the top of all Mexican restaurants in my opinion. I was mind blown by the flavors! My first visit was 3 soft tacos. The ingredients were fresh and colorful but the flavor is king! It was good enough for me to write my first “Food review” ever!
