The Thai food is fantastic; pad thai, pad kee mao, mango and sticky rice, and pork salad rolls were just as good as any Thai food cart in Portland and better than any restaurant we've eaten at around Wallowa Lake/Joseph which are pretty mediocre at best. The lady in the cart has no help so she's cleaning, prepping, taking orders, and boxing up all the food so service is pretty slow.
