An honest and thorough review...

They need to get their phones fixed. My husband tried to use his gift card online and it wouldn't let him. He then tried to call up there... it rang the first time, and someone answered and put him on hold. He was disconnected a few seconds later. Multiple calls back, and he couldn't get through again.

We assumed that maybe they were busy, because it's pizza on a Friday night, so we went ahead and went up there in person. When we got there, there were at least 5 people that we could see, and at least half of them seemed disoriented/overwhelmed. Nonetheless, they were friendly/courteous.

The restauraunt itself is clean, with a decent amount of seating. That being said, there is very little room to stand at the check out counter, a problem that was further exacerbated by an employee sitting at a table, folding pizza boxes. (That can get you pinged for a health code violation.)

The food --

The cheesy bread was good...I liked the taste of the cheese, and I would order it again. However, we didn't like that they put marinara cups that had been handled with uncovered hands directly onto the cheesy bread. That's not sanitary. :( It would be better to put it in a bag, or place it separately next time.

We also ordered a meat lover pizza. It was not my favorite, especially for the price. Maybe it was the marinara sauce? It was weirdly sweet. The stuff they gave us for dipping (pictured) tasted like straight canned tomato paste. Nothing to write home about.

It seems that they only offer thin crust, which results in a kind of grocery store frozen-section quality. The only thing that really redeemed it was that they were generous with their toppings. Our 4-year-old rarely eats an entire slice of pizza without picking off the toppings... she ate an entire slice of this without complaint.

Their tea was really good. They do have the "good ice" - that Sonic-style ice. I appreciated that.

Overall, it was a decent experience. Speaking honestly though, we were only eating here because we were gifted a card by a friend. That being said, we personally would not get pizza from here again at the prices they are charging. More than $2 a piece for toppings, even onions/peppers etc is kind of wild, honestly.

For the price of a 12" meatlovers pizza, some cheesy bread, and two sweet teas with ice, it was over $40. And that was to pick up in store. I am all for supporting local businesses, but I am more for affordably feeding my family. $40 will get you 4 medium 2-topping pizzas and 32 breadbites + a tip at Dominoes. This coupled with the difficulty of even using the gift card... There was a notable price discrepancy of over $4 between ordering the exact thing online using the gift card and using it in person in-store -- for carryout. That doesn't make sense...

We are overlooking some of this as "growing pains" because this is a newer business. We will try one more time in another month or so to see if things...

I was seriously let down. We ordered 4 different things from there. None of them were any good, and nothing we bought was finished. We're not the type of family to waste food, but we didn't save any leftovers. The pizza sub was sad, way more bread than filling, and it lacked any real flavor. The pizzas, and bread sticks were the biggest disappointments though. The crusts felt, and tasted like bad premade crusts from the grocery store. There was no rise to the dough or crusts. It was like a sad deflated flatbread. The toppings pulled right off the crust with the plasticky feeling, nearly flavorless cheese. We tried to give it a real shot trying so many things. Unfortunately it didn't get a passing grade from anyone...

They have a pickup window!!! That alone is worth 5 stars!! The girl who took my order over the phone was very sweet. The lady at the pickup window was SO kind. The ordering process was easy. The quoted time was accurate(10-15 mins). The food was phenomenal. I expected to wait a very long time(which would have been fine) considering it was their first day open but they had it going on!!! We will be back time and time again!! So glad we don't have to drive to Dothan anymore to enjoy their...

I tried the cauliflower crust pizza with mushrooms, black olives and onion for the first tim! IT WAS DELICIOUS! Thin and crispy crust! If you’re holding back on trying cauliflower crust, take the leap! It’s worth it!
