(revisit after one year) Over a year of not going to pita's had left a hole in our hearts and stomachs so we finally went back to give them a second chance. The two ladies who were always in the kitchen weren't this time and it truly showed. My wife's ranchero burrito was absolutely filled with grease and inedible after the first quarter of the burrito. My chorizo burrito that I asked for grilled jalapenos and onions were both undercooked and overfilled with them which led to not being able to taste the rest of the ingredients. This was and will be the last time we ever go here. We are both heartbroken that this once perfect place has lost all of our respect as customers. Please do better pita's
(Edit from my previous 5 star review) Went back quite a few times, especially great for before or after a hike, and it was usually a great experience. Few times we were overcharged for my chorizo burrito: asked to add grilled onions and jalapenos to the $10 burrito and instead of being charged a couple extra dollars we were charged for a $18 burrito instead... No big deal for the awesome food they sling at you. Tamales were so so and the tortas lacked meat. So we learned to stick with the burritos.
After a 20 mile hike my wife and I came back to destroy a couple of burritos, or at least try to. She got a chicken ranchero and I again got my chorizo burrito with grilled onions and jalapenos. I must of been really hungry and smothering that burrito in sauce because I got a good third of the way done when it hit me... This burrito doesn't taste as delicious as usual. My wife had taken a bite and said she thought it was under seasoned and didn't want any more which was weird. I took one last bite without any sauce on it and decided it just tasted a bit off... I'm just glad I quit eating when I did because I ended up sick that night and went home early the next day from work.
Overcharge me on a burrito and I still come back but get me sick once and I'll never come back which is sad because it had become in a short time my wife's and my favorite place to eat out. Hope this never happens to you 😢

Wife and i had heard great things about this little stand so we went there for the first time on our anniversary. We shared a tongue burrito and within the first couple of bites it started falling apart and got all over my shirt. That being said it was the best burrito either of us ever had. The tongue was super fresh and the red and green salsas were both fantastic both separately and mixed. We both got our fill and then some and will definitely be going back again; maybe these 4-5 pound burritos could use a slightly sturdier tortilla or maybe a double tortilla but that takes nothing away from how delicious, fresh and fast our...
Read moreHoly smokes! We were driving through Enumclaw on our way back from Crystal and read about this on google.. Folks this is the real deal. We ordered the carne asada taco platter. We watched as the cook hand pressed our corn tortillas and slapped them on the griddle. The asada was perfect... the salsa was spicy and a delicious compliment to round it out. We are street taco snobs and also always looking for authentic Mexican food. The last time we had anything this good,we were 5 miles from the Mexican border in San Diego. We also saw them making these beautiful burritos which were as big as a newborn baby. As we were waiting, locals were picking up their orders and extolling how incredible they were. Just as a side note, there is no indoor seating. It wasn't too cold and a clear night,so we stood at a little counter and wolfed down our food. It looks like there is patio seating when the weather is warmer. Don't let this deter you. We would have gladly eaten in the car. It was that good. Thanks Pita (who is the warmest...
Read moreStopped by this hole in the wall authentic mexican place adjacent to Chevron gas station on our way back from Mount Rainier! This was one of the best mexican food we have tasted in WA for sure. We ordered the pita burritos (chicken, asada and pork), chicken tacos, veggies tacos and veggie quesadillas. All of the items above were delicious. The green and red salsa they have is next level awesomeness that elevates the flavor profile of all dishes to another level! Please do not miss adding this to ur plate. Beware - The portion sizes of the quesadillas and pita burritos is huge! Tacos are addictive as well. They have 3-4 small tables outside and you can get your pet here provided they do not disturb the other guests. The price is very reasonable especially for the portion sizes they serve its a steal. Service is great and quick. Total value for money! Will make this a mandatory pit stop everytime we go back and forth around Mt Rainier National Park. Highly recommend when...
