So, I had the Pho Thai with veggies added. The flavor was amazing! My cousin had the pork ramen. She said it was good, except for the many mushrooms in it. I have eaten some of her leftovers and, as a mushroom lover, I can say that the pork ramen is banging. My Aunt had the filet mignon hibachi. Now, she's up in her years and doesn't regularly eat much, but she SMASHED that whole massive plate of steak, noodles, veggies, and her side salad. She let my cousin and I try pieces of the steak, and let me tell you I have never had such a tender and flavorful hibachi steak. We also ordered steamed gyoza and crab rangoons, both of which were absolutely phenomenal! I only gave the atmosphere a three-star because it didn't really feel like a pho restaurant in there, but more like a small country diner. I have read a few reviews that said that there was a language barrier, but we didn't have that problem with our waiter. As far as the service goes, our waiter was attentive and polite. We've definitely found a new favorite place to eat.

First time testing out this location, service was decent, language barrier wasn't a big issue to us, we like cuisine with culture. Our drinks were unique as we tried a Taro drink with boba and a blended Thai Tea. Great flavors. I had the Chicken Vermicelli Noodles. The chili sauce condiments on the table was convenient to add my own spiciness. The noodles were perfectly cooked, chicken was lightly breaded and had a standout flavor, overall delicious. My partner got the Salmon Bento Lunch Box, which came with a good broth soup, simple salad, California roll as an appetizer. Plenty of food to go around. With the variety of cuisine available, we will be coming back to try out more. I don't know about the other reviews, because our experience was great.

This place is so good! We have been eating here since we moved here. I think 7 times. Each time it has been delicious and consistent, the scallops are always perfect which can be hard to do. Probably the best place to eat in this area because of the consistency. Sometimes the music they play is to loud. Great little place

I had high hopes. I ordered a sweet tea with lemon to drink. The tea was absolutely not sweet at all. As an appetizer I order calamari and it was pretty good. Not much to complain on with that. I ordered the steak and shrimp lunch combo which comes with fried rice and vegetables along with the broth soup and the salad. All of the food came out all at the same time which was a bit much but so he it. The broth soup had a taste like dish soap was in it. Hopefully not the case but it was like a sweet and soapy taste instead of the full broth flavor. The salad was not good whatsoever it seemed like a rushed "Throw some pieces of lettuce in a bowl and sprinkle some carrots with yum yum sauce" type of salad. While ordering my steak and shrimp I had to tell the waiter several times how I wanted my steak and had to repeat myself a lot I get some don't speak English well and it's understandable but slightly frustrating having to keep repeating myself for my meal and the other 6 people at the table. As far as my meal the steak was absolutely flavorless my shrimp was exactly almost the same, flavorless veggies were just bland and semi raw tasting. My rice was nothing to write home about either. All in all I was disappointed in the meal. Everything was flavorless and bland as possible. Price was about to be as expected from this type of restaurant but not...

Went to the Pho house back in February and experienced what others have. Language barrier by the waiter, never came back to refill our drinks, etc... We came here on Valentines Day, just my wife and I. I get it being a new place on Valentines Day and the service being slow. What I don't get is that there was 4 other couples that came in, ordered food, ate it and left before we got ours.

We waited 2 hours for ramen noodles, yes ramen. My wife ordered something different, but it still doesn't add up. After getting our food, my wife got a sandwich that she didn't order. She ordered something completely different and the waiter came back with a ticket that showed sandwich (he took the order down wrong).

After all of this I wanted to at least inform the manager about the situation. Upon finally getting our waiter to come to our table, all we had given to us was an excuse that they were busy. Again, we knew they were busy, but that was no excuse for people coming after us to finish their meals and for us to still wait.

I hope it's changed since first opening, but we have no intentions of going back. We wanted to love this place, but it just didn't happen. Erins Best Pho House is Erin's Only Pho House so I guess...

We went for dinner, there was 7 of (2 adults and 5 kids) us and only one other table in at the time. The waiter was nice but there was definitely a language barrier so ordering for our table was really difficult and had to be repeated several times. No drinks were ever refilled, nothing ever got cleaned off the table and we had to ask for silverware 3 times before getting up and walking to the counter to get it ourselves. None of the food came out together. One person would get there food and then 5-10 mins later someone else would get theirs. Our appetizers came out in the middle. Between all of us we got a little bit of everything off the menu. Ramen, hibachi, sushi and a bowl. Nothing has much flavor and sadly most of the food didn't get eaten because nobody cared for any of it. We ended up spending over $200 and none of it was worth it. I know they just opened but since there was one already in Clarksville I figured it would at least be better than what it was. With there not being many options in Erin it was disappointing this...
