El Paso — Restaurant in Erin

I love Mexican. I Go to Mexican in Clarksville all of the time. I have been here a few times with the worst service and treat us rude so I’m not going to tip a waiter or waitress who is being a trash waiter or waitress they all seem to not be able to handle it or act respectful . I have ordered take out and when I order take out they forget to give me extra salsa almost like it’s on purpose they also have not given me chips before and a thing of salsa luckily I had chips at my house!! I pay for and tomatillo spicy sauce and extra salsa and they never give it like their life depends on salsa.. so after a few take out orders of everything being wrong ( almost on purpose knowing my order and who I am ) no extra salsa I pay for or tomatillo sauce no chips… and they offer me a credit I go in and the credit is $1!!! To also experience trash service while there.. I wish someone could open a real Mexican restaurant here becsuse they really bring the low to Mexican food. And did I mention no alcohol 😂 what’s Mexican place doesn’t serve margaritas!! I’ve been to over 100 Mexican restaurants and this is the only place back go back it’s been a shi show and the worst food and worst service on top being being charged for tomatillo sauce while eating there. Never ate in but Everytime we place a to go order the food is hot and fresh but there's always an issue. If you order fajitas, you only get 2 tortillas for one order, and that's not enough. They're always very busy and watching customers leave, it seems a lot are dissatisfied with the service. The prices are higher than they should be. I ordered 5 orders of fajitas and was only given 6 tortillas. I asked for more and was charged $2.50 for 2 tortillas. I ordered jim nachos and was given a tiny container of white cheese for my entree that would NOT have covered my meal. I asked for more, and had to pay for it. We got plenty of chips but very little salsa to go. They stay busy because they are the only mexican restaurant in town but if I had a choice, I would find another option. The food is amazing. I don't see why people get upset over the service and setting. They all work as a whole to make sure you have what you need. The waiting staff get your drinks and then someone else brings the chips to help out. They always give us 10 to 15 to decide on what we want to eat. If it doesn't take that long, we call them over. The place is great and generally is packed all the time. So from time to time they make take a little longer to get a refill to the table, but it's because they are all working hard to make your meal a good one. If I could give it an overview all 10 star rating it would. They care whether or not you have a good meal and they food is fresh! Don't get me started on the salsa!!
