Alright, So I have been going to this place since I was a kid. I didn't think it was possible but it has gotten worse over the years. I consistently get wrong orders or things just missing from my orders. its at the point where this is the third time this year(2018) that I have gone here and for the third time it has not been a good experience. Not only was the person working the drive through rude and just trying to rush us but they where telling us to move up before we where even finished ordering. our burgers where kinda cold but surprisingly they managed to put them together correctly. We got a few orders of the 10 piece nuggets and when we got our food at the drive through they handed us our food and drinks and closed the window starting to help the next guest on top of that the lids on the drinks where not even on right and one of them spilled. We waited for them to open the window again and asked for our sauce and instead of asking what kinds they just started handing us handfuls of ranch. I took the mybkexperience survey but the receipt was printed so poorly that I could hardly make out what I ordered or the survey code. I do not suggesting going here, they offer poor customer service and the food is not worth the hassle of either not getting everything or it just being plain wrong. If you have a food allergy I would defiantly suggest not going here because they will most likely throw whatever you are allergic to on without thinking or...
Read moreWorst experience on oct 2, 2023 at around 5:00p.m. I visited this location as I had frequently had in the past. This visit was terrible. The drive thru guy was a complete jerk. I remember him being a skinny Mexican guy with a lanyard hanging out of his pocket in the color of the Mexican flag. I had placed an order on the mobile app, so when I approached the drive thru speaker. I was greeted with “ hold on a second “ minutes went by. The inside was completely empty. Once he came back on speaker I had told him I had a mobile order he said come to the window. I went to window. Once I received my order I requested ketchup. He leaves window and comes back with small cup with ketchup. I told him no thanks I am okay and I don’t need ketchup. He said no take it I am doing you a favor. I asked him for ketchup packets he said we ran out just use this I dip in these all the time. I responded to him and laughed, he laughed back the same way I did but he was mocking me.
Pros: not too busy most of the time.
Cons: food was handed out cold and some staff like the person running drive thru that day....
Read moreWent through drive thru, was asked to park, and they forgot about our car, gave us 2 fries for the wait, get home my burgers are cold, and burned, very dissappointed, nothing but bad experiences, apparently burger king has the "fastest drive thru" since they make people park and serve cold, burnt food.
UPDATE: I went back to get my burned food remade, when I got their the manager was friendly, Than a Crew Member decided to get involved and commented "Half the food is GONE", with extra attitude. I told her that the food that was missing was eaten before we realized it was burnt, and someone took their food to work. Apparently its OK to serve cold burnt food, because 2 cold complementary large fries make up for the 15 minute wait make everything better. I asked her "do you want cold fries in exchange for cold burnt burgers. And she doesn't know, needless to say we got a refund and will not be back...
