This is absolutely hands down without a doubt the worst Dunkin' Donuts anywhere. If you don't order your food at least 15-20 minutes ahead of time you will be standing around waiting, then if you are lucky enough to get your order before your hair turns grey, you better check it because it's never right (like, for example, two times ago i ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel, got my order and headed out, and they put it on a English muffin, not toasted, went back to ask why they did that, and they said "oh, we don't have any bagels today" so instead of telling me that and offering me a refund or something else, they just did what they wanted and thought it was okay, but i guess what am i supposed to expect from a bunch of zombied out purple and green haired teenagers moving at a snails pace???). Everytime i break down and try this place again (because it's the closest Dunkin' Donuts to me) i ALWAYS question why i did that again, as they continue to just get worse and worse. This place should be shut down if they can't get anything right, ever, and make you wait on top of that for your incorrect order....
Read moreStaff mock customers when they think they are out of earshot, the iced coffee ALWAYS tastes sour or like there's chemicals in it or something and they seem to always mess my order up. I'd like to add out of the four times I've ordered a sandwich there and asked for ketchup I've never once gotten it, even once told "it's in the bag." Don't bother with the other Dunkin Donuts in the area they cycle employees from locations all over so you get the same issues with the same useless staff. Last time I went there I was short-changed EIGHT dollars, as if I wouldn't notice. Corporate and managers do not care about these issues either. Goodbye Dunkin, you aren't worth my money or time.

So we went up to the cash register and were ignored for 5 minutes before someone finally said they'd be right with us. They ended up helping the person behind us whose order was also wrong instead.
When they finally came back to us they told us they didn't have the mint tea we ordered. I asked for our money back for the drinks and they insisted that we choose another drink instead. They shouldn't allow people to order something that is out of stock and if they do then they should give people their money back.
Then we finally get back to the car after 20 minutes (completely defeating the point of a mobile order) and I find out they never toasted my sandwich as requested and...
