The Mill's menu looked promising for me and a few vegetarian coworkers, so we were happy to try out some of their food. Unbeknownst to us, the tortellini salad had meat in it so that was a bummer. Next we tried the only vegetarian sandwich they had - the hummus wrap (yes there are peanut butter sandwiches but we can't have nuts in our office). They should have just called it.. a sprout wrap. I attached a few pics for reference. There was hardly any hummus (you may be able to spot a tiny dab on the right of one of my photos).. the sprouts tasted like dirt and the greens were mushy. There was no good flavor to the spinach wrap. Vegetarians don't want to just eat raw vegetables with no dressing/seasoning... That's akin to cooking a chicken with no seasoning and throwing it in a tortilla. Yeah, it was sustenance, but I gave both halves of the wrap a try and threw the thing away. šŸ˜ž

I’m gluten free and they are one of the only gluten free friendly shops in town my fiancĆ© & me can eat at for lunch/breakfast etc. Nearly any sandwich can be made on a gluten free wrap and the wraps are a great size for value. Our go to is a chicken club on a gluten free wrap and we stop by 3 days a week minimum. They have extremely friendly employees who are always accommodating to food allergies and the drinks are refreshing and their to go meals are filling and easy to heat up when you don’t have time to cook.

Such a good spot and nice people. And awesome sandwiches, soups and more. Plus cool provisions I’ll call them (sourdough bread, premade coleslaw which was amazing btw). So glad we found this place, thanks to Google Maps and high ratings I must admit. Which is why I am adding my support! We look forward to our next visit! Ps. Photo does the wrap no justice other than I saved half as very generous size! Trust me handmade goodness at The Mill!

Final update: Stellar all around! Food is perfect for what it's going for, and staff is friendly and awesome (especially Tash and Leigha!) My fav sammich place now! Update: Finally got to giving it another go round a bit ago. Premades were extremely good, all staff super friendly. Yay!! 5 stars! Will return more often now! Also, owner is a peach, exceptionally receptive and friendly.

Really wanted to be able to go 5 on this one, but it's more of a 3.5-4 (insert shrug). The staff is lovely and helpful. And the sandwiches are really really good. But the prepped food is really meh, sorry. I was underwhelmed by the use of the retail space as well. I'll go back though, since I want to support local businesses like this. Maybe over time they'll make improvements. Update: the next visit the lady at the counter was extremely snotty, so now we go down to 2. I can overlook a lot, but staff that is rude (when you have done nothing except wait quietly to be helped and then simply ask if they carry something specific) is not acceptable. Update: The owner reached out to me and both expressed regret for our experience and was clearly interested in addressing the issue internally. He clearly takes feedback seriously and was very genuine and I'm inclined to believe this will be an isolated incident. We will go back for sandwiches soon and see how it goes! Thanks for being a...

EDIT: thanks for the response owners! I get it... I really do. Tough time in your industry. Your food is so good, it was just disappointing to drive there and find out you were closed when your Google listing shows you as open. The fact that you responded here, means you own this GMB listing though....as long as you change your hours here, (and click save), they'll update immediately. I'll check FB too going forward. Best of luck- and thanks again!!

Sometimes I love this place... today's not one of those times. They're closed but Google hours show as open. Hoping the owners see this and respond... as I'm writing this in your parking lot, 3 other customers have pulled up and left... one of the biggest reasons restaurants lose potential new/loyal customers is inconsistent hours of operation. I've gotten good food here before, but this is the 2nd time I've come by and you're closed when your Google listing shows...
