As a lifelong satisfied customer, it truly pains me to say that this place has completely fallen off. Ever since Jimmy left and sold the business, God bless him, the steak tips are literally not even the same as they use to be. Same with the chicken. Looks like reheated chicken and both don’t taste fresh off the grill. Jimmy and the old staff made Cape Ann what is was, in all of its greatness. If you are looking for a good old fashioned Cape Ann style meal, do not even bother going to Cape Ann Pizza now. I gave it 2 tries and they were hands down the worst subs I’ve ever had.

It wasn't bad, but it was chopped way to finely. I'm not sure why some places do this, but its a huge turn off. Based on that I wouldn't have been eager to back there, but it's really close to us so I tried again. I got one of their specialty wraps, and it was really good.
