My coworkers and I ordered a veggie pizza with half pepperoni and half turkey on 10/25/2023. We ordered online. My coworker went to pick up the pizza. The door is locked when she gets there and and no one answers the phone when I call or my coworker calls. My coworker comes back and after an hour I suggest we call Creno's back and see if anyone answers. A man answers this time and we ask to speak to the manager. The manager says the pizza has been sitting there for over an hour if we want to pick it up. She hangs up on my coworker when she asks why didnt anyone answer the door when she went there to get the pizza the first time. The manager claimed they were in the back unloading a truck but left the door unlocked. My coworker picked up the pizza and brings it back to work. The pizza was made incorrectly it was turkey and pepperoni on both sides. I called back up to Crenos regarding their error and the manager claimed that they made the pizza correctly and hung up on me when I let her know it wasn't right. I will NEVER spend another penny at this business. This is the worst interaction I've ever had with a restaurant. The manager is beyond rude and has no customer skills. Originally we are from Zanesville, and were very excited to continue our Creno's Pizza experience coming to Reynoldsburg. About a month or so ago, we received a stromboli as part of our order, and it tasted spoiled. I became slightly sick later but I feel was only minor as I did not eat the majority of the product. I let the store know and they said I could get another one at another time. The problem I gave have, is that when I now call in to redeem this, I'm told that I never ordered a stromboli and it couldn't be honored. Now I don't know if that particular order was done with a relatives phone or a friend's, TBH I usually use my cell and they could see my long history of ordering.    Read moreWe placed an order at the Reynoldsburg location for takeout. It was supposed to be ready for 5:20pm. We waited for our order until 6:00pm. The person making one of our subs kept scratching his head and wiping sweat off of his face and then continued to cook our sub. We asked them to remake the order, which they did. In the meantime, they made our order of wings incorrectly and had to remake that as well. We got home with our food and one of the subs was made incorrectly. It had mushrooms on it, and we have a mushroom allergy. We called, and asked to remake and deliver.
