So I’ve at least have had a little little bit of everything here since they’ve opened and I’m happy with what I’ve gotten granted one day I didn’t get my pies nor sauce but I was content with what I had. Plus I’m sure there’s a lot of new there so mistakes are gonna happen. My first order was breakfast I had a chicken biscuit and It was fresh and amazing, second order(This is where they forgot my sauce and pies it was also placed online☹️) I done the 4 pc fingers with fries and a big Jack burger with mayo cheese and tomato and they were amazing. The tenders remind me of the Krispy Krunchy Chicken that you get in the stores that are always good, crunchy and juicy and these were just that. The burger was a little like Wendy’s but better and we’ll priced. Outside of missing items in my first online order with them the tenders made me want more(BETTER THAN ZAXBYS) and the burger was amazing. Next day I got their Fried Chicken with Fries and Mashed Potatoes/Gravy along with a 3 pc tenders(told you I wanted more lol) oh and I got my pies, I got the strawberry cream cheese and boy they were amazing and the pie shell was crispy good. Now the chicken gravy and taters were amazing it was all around amazing loved it. Next and last one so far I got the 12pc tenders yes more tenders lol this time I got the sauces and I was pleased with the honey mustard and BBQ, the ranch it’s good with the fries I still need to try the other 2. All around my visits were amazing and I enjoyed the food that I got. Keep it up and keep providing freshly made food with excellent service. This place will make as long as it does those things. I went to get food yesterday with my sister and the lady at the counter had her phone out, talking with other co workers. I stood there for about five minutes and waited till they finished talking to order. Then after ordering, I had to wait 20 minutes for my food.. ended up being cold, stale, salty fries. No cheese on my double cheese burger. My sister had gotten the chicken tender plate with two sides, they said they were out of mashed potatoes so gave her green beans and slaw instead without consulting her. They are not attentive to customers nor are they aware of customers walking in. Takes forever to get food and to order. Even worse through the drive thru!! Jacks used to be better when it opened.
