Prime Time Coffee — Restaurant in Eugene

Everytime my daughter or I have came here these ladies are SO rude. My daughter is a very sweet 14 year old who will walk up to this shop from time to time and every single time she is treated terribly.. the most recent time it was the older lady , but she has had similar experiences with the other woman as well. Today she acts like my daughter is the biggest inconvenience for ordering from their shop, she gave her complete attitude, eye rolling, big long sighs when she was trying to figure out what to order. The same happens when I have came through. Usually the younger blonde is rude to me and the older lady is ok but it’s literally the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I’ve never been treated so badly at a coffee stand before. They act like they just don’t care at all, I make sure to be very nice and respectful and they still act like you are just ruining their day for being there . I usually just shrug it off but it makes me angry when my daughter who is already painfully shy gets treated like dirt for ordering a drink. She came back home so upset and said she didn’t want to go back there because she feel like they are mad at her... this is NOT OK. The only good thing I’ll say is that the drinks are decent and it’s close by my house , but it’s not worth the whole attitude and leaving feeling like you are the biggest inconvenience when they literally are doing their job and also had no one in line at all. After reading through the reviews, I am honestly shocked that there aren’t more people who get this same treatment from these ladies. Which would lead me to think that they have some sort of bias of my daughter and I. It’s really gross to think that people are still getting treated less than because of their skin color in 2023, but it can’t be a coincidence that the handful of times we have been here these ladies are just having a bad day. I always give people another chance when they are rude, because we are all human and we all have bad days. But my daughter has been there 4 times now(by herself) and every time she is treated like this …… I gave them multiple times before I wrote this review but each time it’s gotten worst. Sorry, I really wanted to like it, but my breakfast burrito was still cold in the middle, and even the parts that were warm were not very good. If it's too time consuming to make a good one, just take it off menu so people aren't disappointed. Asked for a cappuccino, barista asked me what size? A cappuccino is one or two shot espresso, equal parts steamed and foam milk. It's usually 5-6oz? You can't have a twenty ounce cappuccino..... they were very sweet people though, I'm sure their house coffee is better than...

Great little drive thru coffee shop with a walkup window, and covered outdoor seating. The coffee is consistently great, (particularly the Lavender Granita), with CBD options available upon request. The food, (biscuits and gravy, breakfast burritos, and more), is all delicious and reasonable priced. Always top notch service and the baristas are very friendly. Definitely worth a visit!
