Thai fusion 2go — Restaurant in Springfield

This is a review for their Springfield location that just popped up.

I'd like to start off first by saying there are really no shortcuts to Asian cuisine. So, if you go to places like this, please don't expect the food to come out as fast as McDonalds. There were a couple of people getting irritated that their orders weren't finished immediately, and I understand, but it's so worth the wait.

Now on to the good bits. I ordered the Yaki Udon meal with spice level cranked up to "hot." This dish is loaded yummy udon noodles, purple cabbage, bell peppers, onion, carrot, and more. I ordered mine with chicken, and did they deliver! One of my favorite things about Thai dishes is that they are so dynamic and colorful, and the Yaki Udon was just that. A complex bowl of yumminess!

To accompany the Udon dish, I ordered a Thai tea, of course. They offer it traditional style or with coconut milk. Either way, it'll wash down all that spice in your mouth. Haha!

Best food in the known universe. If you like food in general you'll love his food. Made from love and labor. This man learned his skills in cooking through years of hard work. And his wonderful coworkers are hand picked for excellence. Only the BEST. Do yourself and your family a favor and get the yellow chicken curry, very soul food inspired Thai food. Thai Food done right!!!! I have had a few dishes from the other location and loved them so I ordered through Grubhub to try the new location. I had the Pad Thai (vegan) with Tofu and hot on the spicy choices. The heat blended perfectly with the tart from the tamarind. Portion was hearty, noodles with nicely cooked.
