The O BAR & GRILL — Restaurant in Eugene

A small venue with just enough space tables chairs and a high bar with stools support the neighborhood college crowd.however some patrons are past college days enjoy the o bar..there are fairly priced drinks cocktails beers to accompany a limited menu they serve food into the evening .they have some awesome burger sliders I recommend for 2 for 5 .not bad.there are waiters /waitresses that come to tables inside or out in the patio area .smoking allowed in patio area.they have free restrooms and parking is free but limited .it's hidden in a mini strip mall on the corner. O bar has a laid back casual atmosphere .they also offer live music on Saturday nights. Stop by have some sliders a pitcher of beer and enjoy some great entertainment. After numerous and complete failures by Grubhub and it’s associates to deliver a delicious meal to our door in these trying times, the bar employees themselves set out to deliver my food to me. Above and beyond service like that is hard to find this day and age. The food, in my experience after having eaten here several times, is delicious. While other, large chains and restaurants let the quality of their food slide in order to serve the masses of delivery requests they receive while we are all confined to our homes, O Bar and Grill has buckled down to maintain delicious food at fair prices without compromising. This is important to a consumer interested in a burger that didn’t taste like it was a microwaved brick of beef. I give this restaurant all thumbs up, as do my family and friends. Is one star the lowest rating possible? This place doesn’t even deserve that. I honestly cannot conceive of why I would ever come here again and neither should you. I ordered the sliders you see here that arrived 20+ minutes after I ordered them: burned and dry af, and what’s more, at least 3 tables who arrived after me and placed orders after I did got their food first. And they were not busy at all. The inside of the bar was completely empty.

Beer: their beer menu, considering their location in the craft beer capital of the world, is utterly underwhelming.

Service: seems to be ok if you’re a reg and they know you. Otherwise, they’ll get to you when they feel like it. Hint: want more regulars? Treat us like you want us to come back. I for one...
