I rarely leave reviews, even with a bad experience. You’re only getting a 4 stars because I’m not in the business of ruining anyone’s hustle.
I was far from the city and starving. The area I was in didn’t have much to offer food-wise, and shawarma suddenly came to mind. Naturally, "Osuma" popped into my head. I usually go to the McKinney location, but this time I found myself heading to the Euless branch. It’s a new and beautiful spot trust me, just like I expected my shawarma to be.
I drove 52 miles for it. But unfortunately, it was a letdown. The shawarma was dry, no creaminess at all. I almost choked. After leaving specific instructions: “No sausage, and please make it creamy.” They got the no sausage part right, but the rest was completely ignored.
It would be great if more attention were paid to the full order details. When someone drives 52 miles for a craving, the least they deserve is to have it made right. Worse of, is that i bought...
Read moreOn May 17th, 2025, I placed a family order under the name Kolapo at the Euless Location. I ordered Beef suya, Chicken suya, Chicken wings suya and Suya Burger. Unfortunately, the Chicken wings suya was spoilt. As soon as we opened the container, it had a strong, unpleasant odor. I went back into the restaurant to let them know, and the staff agreed it smelt spoilt.
While I appreciate that they gave me the option of a refund or a remake (I chose a refund because the remake time would have taken too long), what was disappointing was the lack of an apology or acknowledgment of how serious the situation could’ve been. If we hadn’t caught the smell, someone could have gotten sick.
I’m sharing this not to get anyone in trouble, but as a reminder that food safety should always be a top priority. I hope the team takes this feedback seriously, as no one should be served...
Read moreExcellent new Nigerian eatery right on the outskirts of Euless, which is quickly becoming a premier destination for world cuisine. The food is freshly prepared and tastes delicious, particularly if your palate enjoys a slow-burning type of spiciness and meat that's so tender it literally melts in your mouth. Reliable standbys like chicken and beef are joined by what's sure to be new favorites like ram (think a cross between bison and goat). Staff is friendly and prompt; know ahead of time that this is a takeout only restaurant, and the food is all made-to-order, so you'll be spending some time in the lounge, which is comfortably decorated with velvet couches and stools and Nigerian photography. I hope to see this thrive and succeed as one of Euless' newest alternatives for dinner that isn't like...
