I tried to give them a few days after opening to work out some of the kinks, however when I went in I realized pretty quick they still had kinks to work out. I ordered pancakes and bacon and my husband ordered breakfast special to dine in. For some reason my pancakes were in a to go box and when I opened them they were cold as ice. An employee sitting next to me said hers were the same way. I took them back and explained they were cold. The general manager took them from me and when she brought them back the bacon was stuck to the melted plate she had placed in a microwave I'm guessing. I knew the lady who was there "Training" so I showed her and said this kind of stuff will be why they don't make it to which she replied go tell them to do that over. Seems to me that would have been a perfect "training" opportunity for her!!! I just took them back and asked for my money back. The general manager was rude but gave me my money, never said I"m sorry, hope you come back or anything. Now fast forward a few days and I thought I would give them another try. As I was waiting, I heard a worker say did you get pancakes today? I said no and probably never will again. She replied no try them again and I'll make sure they are right this time. It was the worker who also got cold pancakes on my first visit there. I've learned that her name is Kintera Ashford. Kintera doesn't know me but remembered that I was not happy on a previous visit and wanted to make it right. The general manager could learn a few things from her!! If Jacks wants to be successful they need to be looking for a few more Kinteras to work!!! Thank you so...
Read more(Important quick edit after original post at bottom) Holy frick, where do I even start at with this circus of mishaps? This has to be the Murphy’s Law of fast food places. It’s a speed race to order, always “Sorry we ain’t got none (milk)” (you’re a restaurant, why not!?!), and when I finally get ordered I have no clue what my price is to have the correct change. Once up to the window I learn that in hopes of getting my drink before I’m told to pull forward with no one behind me, sometimes drink, most like no drink. I don’t mind the pulling forward part because I’m always expecting to have to go back in for either most likely old fries (which comes with the meal), a fork, gravy for my mashed potatoes and GRAVY, sauces when asked what sauces, my drink that they assume I’m trying to get doubles, or whatever else that is not given. All in all….save your time and just go elsewhere or just bring yourself some sandwiches, at least you know what to expect.
Edit: So after trying again tonight (9:30pm on 6/15/23) I tried ordering only to find out that they happen to be out of EVERYTHING. Honestly not mad this time. Sonic...

And 5 employees. I found out it was the manager that took my order. And the she just walked around. After 10 min I complained 2 people standing around. After 13 min I asked for my shake again they looked at me and one waived. The manager walking around. At 19 min I complained again and demanded a shake or my money back. And then the quote manager told someone to get my shake. And by the way the family that came in were still waiting to order after 15 min. And we were the only ones in the restaurant.extremey poor service. I don't care attitude. Unacceptable .that manager and staff should be fired lazy. We have had bad service there before really about every time we have been there, but this was ridiculous. I was the only person in the restaurant that had orded and had to wait 21 min to get a shake.
