State Line BBQ — Restaurant in Eureka Springs

I've now had the best BBQ ever! Traveling 1300 miles recently I turned out of my friends drive there it is state line BBQ. I'm so happy I turned in as I walked up I was greeted by an extremely friendly cat outside opening the door my mouth started watering with the real smoke meat smell. I ordered 1 platter sat outside with my new best friend the cat since it was such a nice day. After I finished I ordered another to put in the cooler for later it was that good. Had to stop early after seeing the Smoke rolling from the custom pits out back just to visit and check things out. The Owner was working inside and took time out of his morning to visit about great BBQ. That is as absolutely what good BBQ is all about. After spending our morning and early afternoon on a site seing adventure we went back to pick up some BBQ. THIS IS THE REAL DEAL. Not some Commercial little place you'd look for somewhere. Wow. We've traveled for many years, eaten at so many different BBQ places, and most were forgettable. Oh, there's one in KC and another in OKC that we'd revisit, but State Line just moved to the top. 1st time was yesterday, 3/14/21, and I just finished the still amazing leftovers. Absolutely the most flavorful, perfectly smoked brisket and pulled pork we've ever had. Bobby was working 2 windows but was super friendly and efficient.
