I got caught a racial slur by one of the other customers, and the bartender named Brandon decided to ban me for life, which is illegal because I said something to the girl. He never corrected her or anything, and I felt definitely very disrespected, but she also called me a racial slur, and I told him about it and he didn’t do anything about it. He threatened to ban me from every single bar that I go to, and I have the messages to prove that. This is not the first time that he has went viral for being racist and he also said that he would let me back in if I apologize to him lol. Which is also illegal. So if something is not done about it. Then there will be a court case filed because he legally cannot kick me out for life the minimum and or the maximum is three years less than six months at a time. . 3/30/24. So we decided to visit this place against my better judgment and against an associate taking us not to who actually lives here. Where do i start?! Arriving and parking we witnessed a patron trying to fight the police. They let him make it though. We got to the door and they were charging $10/head. We went through an actual metal detector. So my wife and i got to the bar and waited about 15 mins to be served. The bartenders looked cracked out and spacey and just kept staring at us. Everytime i thought he was asking me what i wanted i started to give the order and he would turn to someone that was waving money in his face taking their order. This went on a few times before we were just like to hell with it. I asked the guy at the door for my $20 back and he’s just like man i can’t give no refunds. We left. Ghetto and ratchet. Friend placed an order here last night and when we arrived to pick it up the server had never put her order in to be made. Then accused my friend of not even calling an order in. She obviously showed her phone to her that had their number in her recent calls. Then of course the server said that she was the only one there that night and was too busy. So she essentially was "too busy" to do her job i guess. But when my friend walked in, the server was "busy" messing with someone's phone installing an app. And also, on a side note, the place had maybe 15 people in there. To give her the benefit of the doubt, she probably had other call in orders that she had to take care of too. So just because she MAY have had other call in orders, that made her too busy to put her order in and my friend didn't get her food. Hope everyone...
