On The Fly — Restaurant in Evansville

Driving thru, not local. Needed gas, really had to use bathroom and wanted a drink. Let me start with the bad to end on positive note. I’m in the bathroom I hear screaming, thru the walls and clear as day washing my hands. It’s a woman screaming saying you called me a b word. Hesitant I walk out and the person screaming is a staff member. Apparently the man had choice words for the worker who didn’t have his ID. The staff member did her job yes, but in a very ill manner. This woman needs some direction on customer service skills, taunting a customer “go ahead and call her on Monday” I think her managers name is Kim. That’s how far the taunting went. advertised on the sign outside $2.12/gal if you paid in cash & $2.62/gal if you paid with a card. my fiance went in asked the cashier if the cash price was accurate. she didnt hear him and asked him to repeat himself which he did a little louder because she didnt hear him the first time. she said he was being rude and that the prices and the signs were controlled by management. another employee went outside to verify the price. didnt wait for the sign the cycle to the cash price, quoted him at the card price ($2.62/gal) and told him that he owed the cashier an apology.

Avoid this gas station.

Automatic shut off on the pump was broken so it over flowed everywhere. When I reported to the cashier inside, she said she'd clean it up, but seemed unsurprised. Over 10 minutes later, no one had come out as I worked to get the gas off my vehicle and not track inside. The pump is open and ready for the next customer to come and waste their money and time.

Who knows how much I spent on gas now on...
