I was at this location on 9/5/2025. I made there around 10:20 am, because I was uncertain if this location did breakfast and lunch due to the fact that they are 24 hours. Needless to say, they did not serve lunch until 10:30 am. I placed the first order on their Kiosk, and I waited for 30 minutes (asking different workers about my order in between time) just to be told they would check. At almost 11 am I asked for a manager (that never came out) to be helped by a young man that did eventually find the receipt, and all I was told was that it did not come up on the screen (but they got all of the other order). I don’t care about the food cost nor anything else that lady was giving excuses for their behavior. Food was cold, hard and wasn’t made right. If I go thru the drive thru and the screen is correct my order is wrong, when I order thru the app and I double check to make sure I am putting it in right my order is still wrong .
