From the minute, my family and I entered the restaurant, we were impressed with the cozy ambiance. For appetizers, we ordered Caprese Salad (garden fresh tomatoes what a taste) and Cambri di Nostra (huge shrimp in a light lemon basil sauce with sun dried tomatoes). The server came out with a type of bread, I have never in my life seen before! It looked like a large size party balloon! Of course, when the bread was punctured, it deflated down to the size of a flat bread. Very cool! Perfect for dipping into the lemon basil sauce. We ordered Veal and Shrimp, Chicken Parmigiana, and Traditional Vodka 24, but in reality, we were stealing forkfuls of food from each others plate. Portions were large! Flavors were different, delicious and exotic. Have we had this type of food before…Hmmm we are all Italian, so the answer is “hell yes”…many times! So what makes this restaurant’s food any different? Easy…presentation, portion size, but most importantly, the taste! Everything was cooked perfectly…no undercooked or overcooked. Seriously perfect! Even the pasta texture! Most importantly, what’s the tomato sauce (Sorry, for the folks who think it it is called gravy because gravy is brown and goes on meat ha ha). You will taste no bitterness whatsoever in this sauce! A true marinara! They have discovered the secret of what makes this food stand out and that is the balance of using the correct herbs and spices. Many people can cook, but using the right seasoning in the right combinations and amounts to get the desired results…uhhhh NOOO! Of course, save room for dessert! You have to because they are all homemade! Chocolate Chip Cannoli, Fried Zeppolis with Chocolate Nutella Sauce, Tiramisu, Limoncello Cake, Chocolate Cake and Oreo Cheesecake. I will definitely be returning in the very near future. The Owner and Staff will not disappoint you because their willingness to please is refreshing. One last thing, the noise level is quite different than others you have experienced. Why? There is more eating than talking! I and not related to the owner! I promise you will not be...

FILTHY employee & operating practices. We have been frequent costumers for YEARS, food has always been great. Tonight we ordered pizza, half plain, half pepperoni, sausage & mushroom. It was made incorrectly (onions) okay, no problem, we called & they required us to bring it back, however we already served the plain side to the kids. When we returned the 4 slices of incorrect pizza…THEY PUT IT ON THE SERVING COUNTER. The same 4 slices that were already in my house for 20 minutes, touched by my 3 year old son who stole some pepperoni off one and my friend who was in the process of taking onions off her slice before my husband realized it was incorrect. We assumed it would go in the trash. They put it on the back counter until we left and then we watched them take it out the box and put it out to serve. We went back in and called them on it and the response was “oh, I didn’t know you guys touched it”….. Sir, you don’t know what the hell we did to it for the 30 minutes we had it. Why would you reserve pizza someone else took home already! Super Disgusting. What other corners are...

The food was amazing...I usually don’t do italian (because we are italian and in sick of it), but it’s where my boys (who just got confirmed at St. Joan’s earlier) wanted to go.

The calamari I heard was outstanding (not a fan), the fresh rolls and evoo with garlic was yummy and we had a personal Red/White pizza for an app (it’s a unique pie on the menu, not what you think). Three of us had chicken parm, I had the di crema chicken, to pan seared salmon and one veal Oscar. Everything was amazing. I can’t believe how good both chicken dishes were! Enough food that you’ll take some home, but boy they were good!

Didn’t give them 5 stars because in my opinion, the bottle of olive oil and parmigiana cheese should be on the table (I mean we could’ve asked for more...but no, that should be on the table...remember, we’re italian). Something else popped up during our visit, however it’s not something i want to put here....just that the other reason was part of the 4 not 5 star review.

Really great italian option in town! Give them a shot...

La Casa Nostra is the crown jewel! Our meals were exceptionally good, with generous portions. The birthday boy and I raved over the freshness of every part of our meal, and his birthday gelato was the finest we’ve ever tasted. The atmosphere was warm and cozy. Noise? Nope! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and accommodating. We’ve dined in many fine restaurants in Marlton, Cherry Hill, Bordentown, Lamberville, New Hope, Princeton, Haddonfield, Lake Placid…and can say with confidence that the La Casa Nostra fully fits its name: “Our Home.” It is clear to us that the owner William cares deeply about providing a superior dining experience. We highly recommend La Casa Nostra. Robert & Christine

I was really looking forward to trying the restaurant, but I had quite a surprise. I went with my partner, but she was feeling unwell, so I ordered just a soup, and my partner ordered a chicken fillet dish. She wanted to encourage me to eat, so we ended up sharing her plate. When we asked for the check, they charged us $10 for sharing. It's worth noting that I felt discriminated against and uncomfortable during my dinner. I'm sharing this because it's not fair to charge $10 for sharing my plate with my partner. Finally, they never informed me that they would charge for sharing a dish, and they didn't offer me any choice in the matter.
