My family and I stopped here for breakfast before we had to say our farewells to my oldest as he went back to school. It was extremely busy when we got there, so we ended up waiting for almost 30 minutes for a seat. Once we were seated it took our waitress a few minutes to get to us, but once she was able to clear our spot and wait on us she was amazing!! She was very sweet and took great care of us. Brea, thank you for being so amazing despite being ready to pop!! Your smile brightened my day. The reason for my two star rating is because of the management. The manager was busy cooking while the cook stood over the waffle makers cooking the customers orders eating a sandwich and drinking I am assuming coffee. I also saw him taking waffles off of the waffle irons without washing his hands or wearing gloves WHILE HE WAS EATING!! This same cook then rang out a customer and when the customer complained about his order not being right, the cooks response was to mumble to the guy asking if he wanted his receipt. I then witnessed one of the servers touch the bottom of her shoe with her bare hand, then start making drinks WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS!!! By this time the damage was done as we had already eaten, Lord please keep my family healthy! So as we were finishing our meal, and the rush had died down, I started to look around and as noticed as the servers and cooks stood around chatting, ALL of the tables were still untouched from when the customers left, there were still plates from customers who had been eating when we first arrived. As much as it is the employee's fault for being lazy, it also falls on the management to keep the employees in line. Food safety is not joke. Read moreToday was the worst service I have ever had there! Our server, Shay, lied to us. My husband and I ordered the all star meal. Our waffle and meats came out and that was it. She then tried bringing us our check when we informed her we didn't get all of our food. Her response was "oh, well what do you want me to do about it?" We told her that we wanted our food that we had ordered. She walked over and grabbed our food that had been sitting there for almost 10 minutes at this time. She then brought it over and said "sorry they are training." Which might be true, but it wasnt the cooks fault, it was hers she just didn't pay enough attention to bring us all of our food, we could see it sitting there. I had to ask for my hashbrowns and toast to be remade because they were cold. If she wouldnt have asked what we wanted her to do about it, and then lied to me about why we didn't get it, I would be giving a better star rating. If she is our server next time I will be asking for someone else, not someone that cant admit she was wrong and then blame it on...
Read moreWhat an awful experience. First I will say the food was delicious! Everything else was a hot hateful mess! The servers didn't acknowledge the customers coming in the door. There were three dirty tables and people waiting and they never attempted to clean them off. She just continued to sweep and mop the floor. Leaving the floor a soaking wet mess during a clearly busy busy Sunday brunch rush! One customer got tired of waiting for a table and cleaned off his own table and they were rude to him and let him sit there 10 mins with out acknowledging him and his kids were even there. Another couple came in and were going to sit and wait at one of the dirty tables and the sever bit their head off not once but twice! The servers looked mad the moment we entered the door that they actually had customers. It was the most uncomfortable dining experience I hve ever had!
