Dunkin' — Restaurant in Exeter

I've had two bad experiences at this place I'm not going to lie. But Friday morning at 10:00 a.m. I came here and whichever crew is on right now is the best crew they have at this place. Exceptional customer service. And I keep coming here because I like it I like dunkin' donuts. It's what I have in my Keurig at home. But when I run out of milk I come here. Whoever the big guy is in the window and the young lady that served me today twice because I spilled my first latte. They gave me a bunch of paper towels and saved my day. I have never gotten my drink order correct here... It is always very late and I have to give it back to them every time. I'm finally writing a review because my regular coffee wasn't even mixed at all this time and didn't have the cold foam on it. When I said it needed cold foam and can they mix it they handed it back not mixed (after waiting 15 minutes for it to begin with). It is disgusting and now the cold foam had to be mixed in instead of drinking it like it's supposed to be. It can be a busy spot but management needs to do something here to...
