Villa Pizzeria — Restaurant in Exeter

I want to preface this by saying thier food is absolutely delicious and quickly became my favorite place to order food from. Despite the terrible service. The first time i ordered from them they forgot the 2 liter. Okay no big deal. I ordered again and they forgot the blue cheese they ask you to pay .99 extra for. No worries the boneless bites are fantastic and the closest to Nina's around. 3 more orders in and they keep forgetting the blue cheese. Now I'm wondering if they are forgetting it or deliberately not sending it. I place another order a few weeks after that, this time no blue cheese and an entire pie missing. I call he confirms they "forgot" then sends someone out with the missing pizza. Fast forward to two nights ago. I should have mentioned i always order on the slice app so I never call and talk to anyone. I wait for about 2 hours and I'm like hmm this is weird where's my food. My dogs never barked to say someone knocked at the door. There is no notification in the slice app it was delivered. So I call them and ask if the order was out for delivery. He tells me that has been delivered a while ago. I open my front door and there is my food sitting in 33 degree weather. Yes it was ice cold. I say oh it's out here, the guy says okay and hangs up . At this point I'm like maybe it's me or maybe it's slice. So now I'm trying doordash under my husband's name, I order a cheesteak and boneless bites. They did include the blue cheese but imagine my surprise when I bit into my cheesteak and cooked plastic came out. I order from pizza villa regularly. As a new mom it’s tough to find the time to cook, so this is my go to restaurant when I’m strapped for time. I have NEVER been disappointed in their food. Only one time did I get a cheese steak with a very small amount of meat inside. Besides that one time they really have never let me down with taste and portion. The steak meat is well seasoned and very satisfying. I highly recommend the following foods from Villa: ANY PIZZA (their plain pie proves their skills showing off their incredible sauce) besides all of their pizzas being amazing I can tell you with absolute certainty that their turkey club is better than anywhere else we’ve ordered from, it’s a staple in my house. Their gyros are amazingly delicious, their garlic knots are out of this world (do yourself a favor and order them pronto) their quesadillas slap, the salads are packed with fresh veg and the value is unbeatable. I could go on for an hour about the food here. Just remember, if this is your first time ordering you MUST order the garlic knots. I’ve never been a fan of them, I never thought they were all that interesting or even really worth it… but these knots change the game and will become an instant favorite. I wish I could be trying them for the first time all over again, they’re life changing. Cant speak on atmosphere as I've never been there but I need stock up on gold stars because this place checks all the boxes. It's hard to find anything on the menu that I wouldn't order again. This place has hands down the best garlic knots I've ever had in my life and thats coming from a guy that historically never cared for them. The plain pizza is phenomenal. The wings are extra crispy yet moist when you bite into them. The club sandwiches are delicious and well proportioned. The quesodillas are great. The burgers are the "least good" thing I've tried but they're still good burgers, I'd say above average. The gyro is massive and good. The only thing I probably won't order again is the philly cheeseteaks, the flavor is there but there just isn't enough meat. The rolls good but the bread to meat ratio is no beuno.
