I am not a mean person. I’ve been in customer service 26 years. I do not try to fight with a customer or argue with them. If someone’s not happy, with their drink you simply remake it. There’s not any reason to get upset or mad and create drama. Customers go out of their way and spend a lot of money on their drinks. I like mine thru out the day. I wanted a frozen latte and got and ice instead. I was blamed for it. Regardless to whose fault it is you fix the matter. My drink l got tasted like plain oat milk with whip cream. It didn’t come out right. l also have health issues that l have to be careful with. In stead of a remake , l was yelled out and ignored because it was 20 of 7. They close at 7. I tried to help the matter was still denied. They said they couldn’t use the blender past 6:30. I’ve worked in restaurants, it dosent take much effort to remake a drink.
