An attempt to make it right that made it very wrong.
Thursday Ordered $11 deal bbq wings breadsticks and 2L mt dew. Used my points for free spicy garlic wings. Plus two extra cheeses and ranches.
Received: bbq wings breadsticks 2L and cheese & ranches. But got Parmesan garlic wings and no marinara.
Friday morning I submit to their email that I got the wrong wings. They call me and offer to make it up to me. That’s awesome. I tell them I will place an order and pick up the free wings at 6pm. At 5:35pm I order the $11 deal again for pickup with bbq wings breadsticks 2L mt dew and two cheese sauces.
5:52pm I pull up to the window. I explain I’m there for my two orders. The gentlemen at the window claims that he was the one I spoke with. He says it will be 7–8 minutes. At 6:03 he asks me to pull into a parking spot. I oblige. At 6:06. A different guy brings me out one order of wings and a breadstick box. I tell him he’s missing another set of wings and my 2L. He goes back in. I inspect what I have and it’s the make good wings and a box with only breadsticks in it. Original window guy comes out at 6:13 with the 2L and cheese sauces. I say I still need my wings and I didn’t get a marinara. To which he claims “it’s in the box, i put it there myself” as if my goal that day was to short Pizza Hut a marinara sauce. He proceeds to come back out with the wings and marinara at 6:16pm and then places them in the corner of my window with enough drop that it opened both the marinara and wings in the bag. And with no acknowledgment or further apologies, given I was literally there because of a makegood, goes back inside.

Read moreAbsolutely the worst pizza experience I've ever had. I put in an order in on the app around 10:00PM (2 hours before closure of the local store). I get a call around 11:00PM from the local store from an extremely rude girl, I wish I remembered her name, she said "We seen you put your order in on the app. Due to some terrible customer service we would like to switch your order to carry out." I politely told her no. She responded with "okay you'll get your pizza around 1AM" click. Hung up on me with attitude. Which is whatever I moved pass that. So 12AM comes around and I get a text from some strange number that said your order is cancelled. So I waited multiple hours for pizza I did not get and had the worst phone experience ever and I didn't even get pizza.
Luckily the local papa John's was open. So I called them around 12:13 am. They had a deal going on. Long story short I made one phone call and had pizza delivered in roughly 30 minutes and saved half my money. That is good customer service and a great deal, I strongly suggest you take notes from your competitors. If not just shut your doors and stop wasting people's time.
I never leave reviews because I feel they aren't with the effort or time. But this was so bad I took time out of my day to type this up.
To the rude young lady on the other side of the phone, life is too short to be that miserable. Find a job change and get some happiness back...
Read moreFood was typical Pizza Hut how ever the customer service sucks. I had an issue with my delivery driver just leaving my pizza on my cold dirty concrete porch instead of handing it to me. It turns out the delivery had been powered by door dash even though I ordered through the Pizza Hut app. When I called the store the manager was extremely rude and not willing to provide me any help stating that their store didn’t run deliveries through door dash, and that I had the wrong store, even after confirming the address of the store location I had received in my delivery email that had been sent to me via Pizza Hut not door dash. He continues to argue with me and provided no resolution to my issue. I then called door dash who did handle the issue and were able to confirm that my order came from the store that was stated it was delivered from. I don’t appreciate being lied to from the store manager and I don’t appreciate being treated as if I was lying. I even offered to drive to their store to show them my email. If you want mediocre pizza and shitty customer service this place is your best bet! Good luck if you have any customer service issues, they obviously do not...
