Runza Review – Cheese Heaven in a Bun 🧀 So let’s talk about Runza—specifically their glorious cheese Runzas. I don’t know what kind of magic they’re putting in those things, but it’s like warm, cheesy comfort wrapped in perfectly baked bread. Every bite was melty, savory, and made me feel like everything in life was going to be okay. Now, let’s talk Frings—fries and onion rings together? Genius. I don’t know who thought of it, but I hope they got a raise. The fries were crispy, the onion rings golden, and together they made the perfect crunchy companion to the cheese Runza. I liked it so much I tried to recreate it at home. Let’s just say… my version was okay, but it didn’t quite hit that same "Runza magic." Mine was more like a “Ruh-oh.” Still edible, but clearly I’m not in the franchise game for a reason. Bottom line: 10/10, would eat again (and again). If you're in Nebraska, you have to try Runza. It's basically a rite of passage. Don’t sleep on it—this is Midwest gold.

The food was pretty good. It was my first time eating at this restaraunt. I was utterly disgusted by the floor, and the highchair was sticky. The manager should go back to training and retake her cleanliness certs. So good food minus gross conditions equals a very low 3 stars

Unique food just in Nebraska! Must try for everyone who visits this state. It taste like well prepared homemade dish. Cabbage, meat with optional cheese or mushrooms. So delicious!

I’ve been working in the area for about a month now and I spent most of my lunch’s here. Busy or not this place is on the ball at all times. I’ve never seen anyone just standing around. Both front of house and back of house employees have asked me how things are and if I need anything else. Idk that I’ve been to a better run fast food joint in my travels. One of the better parts is the smiles. Everyone is smiling every time I see them. I’m moving to my next territory but when I come back around here I will always be back in. Also the A/C...

The burgers aren't quite a good as five guys but they're decent. Specially for the location. Overall I dont care for the Runza they get their namesake from but most everything else on their menu is excellent for fast food. Service is nice as well. A big win for them is how fresh everything is. The vegetables on your burger. The meat and the sides are always hot and fresh. In short I've been all over the US and can honestly say Nebraska and runza should be proud of what the offer. Best ranch and onion rings I've ever had...
