Myers' Pizza — Restaurant in Fairchance

Ok, here we go! I order delivery all the time... Always about a 45 min wait... Thursday I ordered a Large Antipasta salad at approx 8:30... At almost 10:00 pm I call this shop and the answering machine says they are closed... The delivery driver calls way after I gave up and went to bed... I told her it's too late and to just take it back! Today, I check out my bank acct and it was charged for 13.33 for a salad that I did not receive, even after leaving a voicemail to the shop. So, today I decided to call and speak to the "manager." She was very rude and basically told me that she told me it was going to be an hour and I quote "If it was me, I would've left the salad on your porch!" How damn rude!!! She said, we will make you one now, but this isn't happening again! I thought about it for a minute and called 4 times back as they ignored my calls! Finally an answer! I told them to cancel my damn salad and credit my account and she hung up on me!!!! Good job Myers! ...

If I could give a zero rating I would have, I have been getting Myers food for over 30 years but their service and quality of food has hit rock bottom.. called at 8:00 pm on a Saturday night and was told “ we’re not delivering tonight “ called on Sunday and wanted a turkey club sandwich.. they were out of turkey.. ordered a ham an grilled cheese sandwich “advertised with lots of cheese “ what a joke that was .. cold 2 slices of paper thin ham so old look like rubber.. the lots of cheese was 1 square of processed American cheese that wasn’t even melted and didn’t even cover the bread,, ordered fries with cheese, had to be the end of a bag the largest fry was maybe 2” long the rest small pieces about 1/2 to 1” this will be the last time we...

The food is usually good. Although it takes me about 10 calls to actually get threw and order. Latly they haven't had bread. Who does have bread at a sandwich and pizza shop!! And few other food items like turkey. Couldn't order my turkey wrap for over a week .I think if they answer the phone to at least say please hold or call back we r busy, they wouldn't have most all the service they have . After trying several times tonight, I also will no longer order .If u don't take ur restaurant serious enough to hire good help or supply all the foods needed to make hamd of your menu, then I refuse to pay those prices for a...
