If I could give it minus stars, I would this place is awful. It’s the owners responsibility to find the right employees, but he doesn’t obviously care about who he hires as long as there’s a body behind the counter. This place has ripped me off a minimum of four times in the last six months they don’t have my coffee ready when I ordered on the go and they refused to make it when I tell them that they haven’t made my order, but yet the money keeps going out of my account. i got my meal/drink and it was given by the white lady who had alot of unnecessary attitude, the lady who is behind the cashier. We all have bad days but I was being very respectful and all I was getting was attitude and my drink wasnt made the best way. Also the chubby guy that work over there need to fix him mouth all I asked for was a handle bag and he started talking about how its 2025 and its a dumb question to ask about the bags, then proceeds to keep ranting about it. Ordered online for a mobile pick up, I get there and the lights are off and no one is at the counter. The tv that shows orders was absolutely full and beeping non-stop with zero attention payed to it. I was told the worker that was there was “on break”, on break for over half an hour with no one else working? The app also did not say they were closed and there was no way to get a refund.
