I wouldn't recommend going here.

Got Journeys on my way to an appointment due to the good reviews.. it's.. not very good to put it lightly. And the prices were kind of crazy for being in the middle of nowhere Fairfield of all places! ($6+ for a bagel+cream cheese, $30+ for one person..)

Like I'm not a food snob at all but I feel kind of ripped off due to the price for incredibly mediocre food/drink. Chocolate croissant was bland and boring. Chocolate chip cookie looks better than it tastes. It tasted weirdly like a granola bar? And had the texture of one too.

Dragonfruit smoothie didn't taste like dragonfruit/real fruit/super watered down with juice. And I think if you gave a real new yorker this "bagel"+cream cheese they would spontaneously combust lol it tasted like bread (bland), for some reason it was grilled on a panini press??, and it didn't even have a hole in the middle to be called a bagel. Lol

Anyway, super disappointed despite the inside being cute. Spend your...

Today I went into Journey for a cup of iced latte I was on my way to an appointment across the street. I was next in line and nobody was behind me. The cashier took my order and instead of making the coffee.... went on to restocking shelves and walking around...I sat there and waited....and waited and waited....for my 1 cup of coffee. There was no one else waiting. I decided to ask how much longer it would be...The cashier responded..."I'll make it now".... Being that I was the only one waiting for the coffee I imagined that making the coffee for the customer was a priority. The stocking shelves could wait....but it was the other way around. I usually tip very well but I did not want to tip at the beginning of the service I usually wait until the end of the service. He did not know that that's the way I operate.... so he missed out on a really good tip...

I have been living in Fairfield for some time now and this coffee shop is really worth going to. The prices are pretty much the same as the others, but you're getting good quality coffee. Plus there's a roaster there so you can smell the aroma of coffee beans cooking.

I would like to rate this higher but there are issues I must address. I go there in the morning sometimes and get the same thing, and I would like to order ahead so then I can go in, grab it, and then get back to work, but it's time consuming to have to wait. It's not the waiting. The staff are friendly and use every bit of love to create whatever latte, smoothie, or tea you'd like to have. If there was an app available for Android Phones, and not just Apple iPhones, then I wouldn't have to rate it a 3 star. Please make an app for Android Phone users so I can update this at a...

This location serves a very good cup of coffee in a clean modern setting with house made scones baked just right. The industrial vibe is chic with furniture and prints artistically arranged in large open room with bright floor to ceiling windows. The staff is knowledgeable of their beans and prepared 2 great cafe lattes - the decaf being exceptionally good vis a vis other decafs tasted around the Bay Area and beyond. We love places that roast their own beans so purchased decaf beans to enjoy at home. If you need a small room for meeting 8-14 people this location has a fantastic setting that can be reserved in advance. Meander along the back wall to find. Also a very nice outdoor patio. Easy to understand why this family is expanding their business. They deserve yours.
