Par's Place — Restaurant in Fairfield

Went to Par Place to pick up a food order for a customer that ordered from an app. I walk in and some girl at the bar told me the customer's order was almost ready. The owner walked out a few minutes later and said they are backed up and the order isn't ready. I asked her how much longer and she said wait a minute and I will check. She never came back to tell me how long it would be. I waited another 10 minutes and the girl at the bar who I am almost positive had been drinking told me she didn't know anything and to ask the owner. Then the owner tells me after waiting 20 minutes they never received the order in the first place. I was livid because they were so unprofessional and non caring. I called the food delivery service who tried to call the store since the app stated the customer had already paid online. The owner literally stood there and looked at the caller ID to see who was calling. She then decided to not answer the phone and the food service told me they were calling. I said I know she refuses to answer. At this point I walked out and told the food app I refuse to deal with unprofessional unpleasant half drunk don't give a damn service. I have never seen anything like it and it was degrading to be treated like that. Hopefully, the food app will cancel their contract with Par Place due to these disgusting actions. This is one of our go-to spots to watch sporting events. It looks like a typical bar on the inside, but the food is fantastic. They have great wings and good sauce to compliment them. My favorite appetizer is their potato skins, which are like hallowed out potato-halves with cheese and bacon on the inside. We recently tried the pizza and it was way better then we expected! There are many TVs for sports games, too.

Ewwww!!!! Do not waste your time and money. The place is nasty looking. The food is less, way less than satisfactory. $10 for a piece of bread with cheese and $2 extra, for every topping added!!!! The wings are basic!!! Ordered wings, flat bread and a soda. $30!!!! The bread was warm and the toppings were cold!!!!! It took 45 minutes to get my food. This place is a thief with a license. I do not recommend and I will not go back!!!!! Go next door or somewhere else to eat but just don't go...
