Wings & Stuff — Restaurant in Fairfield

I haven't been here in a while, but I know that food had always been great. However, today I had fried tilapia and it was HORRIBLE!! The fish tasted like someone just dipped it in an egg and then turned around and deep fried it (took it out too soon). I'm sorry, but I was tasting this fish in my head and couldn't wait to get to the house and tear it up. When I bit into it was so hot until I had to blow it inside my mouth, but the taste??? The fish had no seasonings on it AT ALL and the edges of it had a rubbery texture to it. Now don't get me wrong, the rest of my food was hot and very good, but that fish literally ruined my whole relaxation/me time for the night. Hopefully, the cook just had one of those bad days or wasn't feeling too good, but plan on doing better tomorrow. I don't like wasting food, but the tilapia isn't something that I can finish. I put salt and pepper on my eggs, but the cook didn't so I just believe the cook may be a caregiver for a diabetic, and got used to not seasoning foods too much... or not at all. I like the...

I just recently visited this location. Where I sat for almost an hour waiting on a very simple order. Many more customers came in after me and were able to leave with their orders but left me sitting. The whole kitchen staff left, and they tried to give me someone’s order that nobody claimed. I respectfully asked about my order 3 times where the cashier said “it’s not ready yet.” over and over. Then they came to find that my order was never even sent to the kitchen after I was given my change back with no receipt or buzzer.
