We ordered: One two cheeseburger meal with a Dr pepper one cheeseburger and one plain cheeseburger and one caramel frappe... When we paid for the meal it was $12 change we went to the except the food window, and the fella Canada the Dr pepper our bag and then a caramel frappe and we started drive off, looked in the bag and noticed that there were only two cheeseburgers of which one was a regular one and one was a plain one one fry. We were blatantly missing two regular cheeseburgers. And we said that we are missing two regular cheeseburgers we stated we ordered exactly what we wanted. It was not our fault that the person taking the order did not comprehend plane simple English. A little African American girl came to the window and was trying to explain to us that are ticket only stated Burger meal a plain cheeseburger. We know how the system works, we're not a couple of idiots. She was trying to explain that we needed to go either pay for the other burgers or she was going to call the cops. Very disheartening to see somebody so condensing and in a managerial position trying to explain to us how the menu and cash register and her employees work at McDonald's. Disgusting behavior mediocre food terrible management. Bad training. How she should have handle the situation, is to apologize on McDonald's behalf of not getting the order correct and giving us our two cheeseburgers that we ordered in the first place. It was correct on the screen when we pulled up to the window to pay how it got screwed up from the time we pulled up and away from the window to the pay window is beyond us and technically not our problem. And she wanted us to pay for two more cheeseburgers. She's missing the whole principle of the point she's wrong. She needs...
Read moreStopped for a meal while on a road trip...used their kiosk to order and pay since no employees were behind the counter. About 15 minutes lapsed after we placed and paid for our order at the kiosk; a teenager came out asking what was on our order. Gladly handed him our slip with our order number and itemized meal.....seems the kiosk did not communicate with their backend and they did not make any of the food. After we paid we were given and order number from the kiosk..seems that doesn't suffice enough to show a person paid and a very unsure teenager questioning if we did. I had to download an app to verify I had a pending payment for our order for management to not even be able to cancel the transaction since we received 0 food and they did not make it. I now have to make a 2nd return call back to their location once the payment post to my credit card.
Horrible horrible experience! I would never recommend this location and for your worker to assume we didn't pay was out of line. If your kiosk is thay problematic you should not have an option for customers to use it and someone should have been behind the counter to assist if this is a normal issue but yet 0 employees behind...
Read moreThis place is not amazing, I ordered 2 mcchicken 2 large iced coffees. Let’s start with the iced coffees. One of them was supposed to be a large caramel iced coffee with extra shot of espresso, the other was large vanilla with an extra shot, extra cream and a extra pump of vanilla. The caramel got it but not the vanilla and tasted like hazelnut if they continued hazelnut again I’m not entirely sure. The mcchickens were old. One of them had no lettuce while they both were supposed to be regular and the other one had dehyd onion mixed with the lettuce. Yuckie.
I used to be a manager at a McDonald’s so I understand to a extent. but every time I come here, something’s always not made right so that tells me the things I need to know . And to think they do background checks upon hiring people, They should make sure that the people they hire are doing things correctly.
