I have never wrote a google review, but the service here is SO BAD that I just HAD to warn others. Me and two friends have gone to this Taco Bell about 5 times or more, and every time we went they have NEVER gotten our order right. Yesterday was my last straw, as we had to repeat every part of our order more than 3 times because the girl at the window was not listening. There was a car behind us that even sped out of the drive through and didn't wanna deal with it either! We were the ONLY car in line. We paid $42 dollars for not even half our food. Multiple things were missing. I do recall what we 3 had on our order: 1 regular wild strawberry freeze, 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos with added lettuce, 1 crunchwrap, 2 $9 discover luxe boxes, and we wanted to order 2 of the 2-pack cinnabon delights but they put down the 12 pack instead. Like I said, Lady at the window DID NOT listen for crap. Our total + tax added came to $41 plus some change, and we rounded up to $42 to donate for whatever the girl said. We all 3 got our drinks and only two bags, and our friend in the back immediately said "this can't be all of it". We received the 2 packs of the cantina chicken chalupas from each of our "boxes" (it was all bagged together), we also received our chips and cheese from each box, HOWEVER, we DID NOT receive our burritos from the box, and as said before, we ordered extra burritos (the 2 cheesy bean ones with added lettuce) and only got one of them with "LETTUCE" wrote in sharpie on the wrapper. The food quality was also VERY messy and overwhelming. The cantina chicken chalupas I had from my own "box" looked like they had been punched or smashed by a fist before being put in the bag. Most of the stuff was OUTSIDE the taco itself. All of this plus the service yesterday, for $42 is...
Read moreI basically have gave up on going through drive-thru because the manager of the store if you ask for extra sauce for 4 items he'll give you four sauces even when you ask for extra he still will sometimes say exactly how many do you want instead of every other store where if you order 12 bean burritos and order extra sauce they'll throw a good Handful in there at least three per burrito.. our family makes fun of the Fairview Taco Bell because we can go into Nashville or Smyrna or Murfreesboro or Canyon County or about any other Taco Bell in the country and have no problem asking for sauce when you do give a number he'll say that's an awful lot ridiculing you on how much salsa you like. I don't think it's abnormal wanting three hot sauces for one taco I personally use 4 to 5 per taco. My sister made the mistake of going through the Fairview drive-thru yesterday two tacos and two bean burritos with plenty of sauce and he gave us four one per item other than that particular manager I love Taco Bell my family has always supported it since I was born and...
Read moreGot home Saturday 4/16/16 and noticed my order was wrong. Called and got the run around from so called Manger. After several minutes of this I got the real manager Christina Davis, who insulted me further by stating " I'm not giving you money back so you can buy a 12 pack. I said excuse me? Christina Davis then doubled down and said " You heard me!" I lost my cool and only then did she say she would personally redo my order making it right if I would come back up there. Reluctantly I did just that. Once we left and began down the road I thought to check everything once again, to my amazement the exact same chalupas were missing this time as well. UNBELIEVABLE! Enough I said. NO MORE FAIRVIEW TACO BELL! I received this text from Christina Davis 5 minutes after leaving Taco Bell with my newly corrected order personally prepared by Christina Davis, Taco Bell Manager at Fairview. " Mr. Russell this is Christina at Taco Bell, your wife just pulled off without the chalupas." YOU JUST CAN NOT MAKE...
