First of all you have to order at the bar, for people that dont drink this could be uncomfortable, second you have a nice size place and you dont have any waitresses or waiters, the customer has to get up and fetch their own food, but when you pay the POS asks for tips, so you should eliminate that from the POS system, third in the build your own you charge by the items, when we got our burgers for example caramelized onions are $1.25 extra and you get literally 8 little pieces of barely caramelized onions, the bacon was 2 paper thin skinny slices if you can call them slices, for the amount of money that you pay per item you should get a decent amount of each, lets talk about the egg, no matter where you at in the world when you add an egg to a burger it has to be Sunny Side egg, maybe Over Easy but thats it thats the universal rule and lastly lets talk about the supposed Medium Well 1/2 lb Angus beef pattie, first I dont think it was Angus and it was not Medium Well it was killed twice, the meat was dry and crumbly it a shame.
