Mill Creek Inn — Restaurant in Falls Township

I belong to a 9-ball pool league, and Mill Creek historically was a smoking bar. No longer... and the food there? INCREDIBLE !!! I sat near the kitchen, so I had the opportunity to see everything that came out, including my spiced up polish Kielbasa, which knocked the socks of these size 16's. It's mostly a working person's bar with a fair amount of decent and maintained pool tables. I sat and talked with the chef who works Mondays and Tuesdays and partbof her love goes into every meal she makes. The presentation is mouth watering and I can't wait to go back again. This time...

We stopped in for a quick lunch. There was a nice amount of people there, mostly at the bar eating lunch, or just having a couple. We don't drink, so we sat at one of the tables in a side area off to the left. There is also a game room in the back with pool tables, poker machines, a juke box, etc... Lunch was good.They have lunch and dinner specials. I had an egg salad on a kaiser roll and my girlfriend had a pastromi on rye, both specials, very tasty, and reasonably priced... The bartender was prompt and attentive. Ordered the pizza logs as appetizer and did not disappoint, delicious. Ordered Kielbasa sandwich with side winder fries and shrimp Fra Divolo. Kielbasa was good. Roll could have been better. Right amount of sauerkraut. Side winder fries were good. Shrimp Fra Divolo was delicious good amount of shrimp to pasta ratio. Gravy is phenomenal!!
