Dunkin' — Restaurant in Falmouth

Until today I have been coming to this store daily. This is not the first time but I try to have compassion and understanding because fast food and customer service is not easy. However it is never an excuse to treat your customers in the way the disgusting human being of a manager does & I am no longer confused as to why the majority of her staff operate and communicate the way they do. The car in front of me drove off without picking up their order which I stated to the cashier so she knew that the order presented as next was not mine. She was doing the best she could and the manager then argues with me that the coffee was mine and while trying to explain that it was a medium I ordered a large she continued to tell me that the medium was mine and that she even repeated the order to me which in fact was NOT true another employee was still making my drink clearly typed on the label the exact ingredients in my coffee so NO that medium coffee was not mine and in-fact you did not repeat that coffee to me you heard my order and typed it correctly BUT was so insistent that you weren’t human and made a mistake and persistently raised your voice and continued to badger your customer. It was a disgusting representation for your franchise and I feel sorry for any people that have to work under that supervision and for Dunkin’ Donuts you should be ashamed of yourself allowing someone as such to be the representative for your store. For added measure when I drove away she yelled vulgarities out the window I went in and asked for corporates number never have I called a customer complaint number in all my years of consumerism. 3am, I'd been walking aimlessly after having fun at Roulette. I placed 5 chips on my lucky$12 ($25). I'd been playing 20 minutes, $20/total bet, for 4 spins =$100. I'd won$16(split twice and once,= $7.24 from chip on 4 numbers =53.23. I had fun by 25 minutes and kept playing, only played one more soon where I threw cartoon to the wind and placed my entire$20 minimum bet plus another $5 onto lucky 12 earning me $800!!! The Gentleman who took my order is always soo nice!! I ( as he always is!!! ) and I alway tip as well. The young lady who made my “signature style” pumpkin latte was not so pleasant. ( she’s never polite ) she was mumbling about me to the other girl because I asked kindly to make it signature style. That’s the best part of it!! She told me I was wrong cinnamon and caramel don’t come on it. Idk, just rude. Other customers heard her as well. Not cool. Learn some manners and also how to correctly make your coffee drinks.
