I have tried going to this Subway location 3 separate occasions, and have been very disappointed everytime. The employees don't seem to care in the slightest about making a quality sandwich. I was given 4 cucumber slices on a foot long because they didn't want to bring more out. I asked for a little salt and had it dumped on the sandwich. I was given soggy spinach. Employee wore gloves, but immediately pulled up his pants while wearing the gloves. If you are going to have a tipping option pop up first on card transactions, then you should probably be giving service that deserves a tip. I will always go to the 32nd Ave location from now on because they actually show that they care about what their customers are...
Read moreI placed an order online here; only to get there and there was one employee there taking forever on the subs. Waited in line for at least 10 minutes cause my food wasn’t ready, then get to him and the employee claims they never got the order. I show him my online order, tries to tell me it probably went to the wrong address, show him the address is correct, tells me he can’t do anything I need to contact his manager later that day. I had ordered the food for a coworker and I, so was out the money plus needed to reorder a second time just to get my food. I Attempted to contact the store all day with no answer… the worst display of customer service I have seen in Fargo...
Read moreReviewed this store a few months ago. It was 5 stars for a review. But now it's not even 1. Waited in line for 20 minutes, then had to leave due to time constraints for a lunch break. Probably would have been in line for 40-45 min before ordering. 5 people ahead of us and no online orders or drive-through. 2 workers present but only 1 making any orders. The other showed up only to move the bread when it was done. He then went to the back. The one worker was moving slow and only making 1 order at a time. Even if you had 2 sandwiches, he was only making 1. This store has also run out of bread on a normal week day before...
