First and last time here. I ordered the Baja Taco with steak. I’ve never had bacon on a taco so I wanted to try it. Huge mistake! It came with seasoned veggies, Spanish rice, and a bed of lettuce, tomatoes, onions, sour cream. I asked for my flour shell to be slightly heated. Our food came out about 10 minutes later. My veggies were cold but good, the rice was lukewarm and the taco shells were brick hard. The steak tasted like Italian sausage, had like a pork flavor. Tacos are my favorite food and I didn’t think anyone could mess it up but this restaurant proved me wrong. The chips were bland, the verde sauce was horrible, and the jalapeños were hot. Our overall experience was shockingly terrible. The parking lot was full and customers were coming in and out as if the food is great. I guess when you know better you do better so maybe their customers never had better Mexican food. Maybe I’m used to the Authentic Mexican restaurants. Nevertheless, this place is trash so keep your money and go elsewhere. I did like how attentive our server was and the veggies were very well seasoned but very cold. I didn’t complain while I was there because my friend that paid for it asked me to leave it alone because he knew we’d never return. The server still got a tip so that’s how we spent over $50.

I have always said it was the best hangover food. The last year has made it hard to return everytime. The last time is a great example of how the last year has gone. We get seated. Server took our drinks and food order all at once. 15 minutes later we got our drinks. 35 minutes after drinks someone other than our server brought the food. There were 4 mistakes on the orders. Then the lady who brought our food filled our drinks. My wife got a hard shell taco that was so mushy my kids soft shell was harder. She ended up eating the taco with a fork. Still have yet to see our server. We have been there for 50 minutes no salsa no drinks and soggy food. I tried multiple times to get our servers attention only for him to look the other way. It was a relief to finally get the bill and be on our way. I do miss going there but maybe we have to explore other options in the town.

Not a bad stop on a roadtrip through Fargo. They offer a vegan chicken substitute which was the main reason my sister picked this spot (thanks for looking out for me ;)). This place gets quite busy - we had to wait but luckily not a long time. Chips & salsa available while waiting for the food. The food came out quickly and it was good! My mom and sister also enjoyed their margaritas. Our server was great and available whenever we needed him despite the many tables he was attending to. Wifi was available, plenty of parking.

Paradiso truly is a remarkable establishment that never fails to impress with its impeccable service and outstanding staff members. Having frequented this restaurant multiple times, I can confidently attest to the exceptional quality of their customer service. The majority of the hosts at Paradiso exhibit a high level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with patrons and their colleagues, creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere for all guests.

While occasional challenges may arise in the form of overhearing outside conversations, the standout employees at Paradiso truly shine through, exemplified by the remarkable contributions of individuals like Hadlee. Not only does she provide exceptional service to diners, but she also takes the initiative to mentor her colleagues in handling any potential issues that may arise. Hadlee's dedication to her work is evident in her consistent efforts to deliver top-notch service, whether it be in person or over the phone. Watching her evolve from a busser to a host reflects her commitment to teamwork and ensuring customer satisfaction.

In addition to Hadlee, Reagan is another standout employee who continuously goes above and beyond to exceed expectations. Reagan's warm and welcoming demeanor creates a comfortable dining environment for patrons, while also showcasing their efficiency and dedication to their responsibilities. Their attention to detail and proactive approach to their job responsibilities further contribute to the seamless operation of Paradiso. These qualities make them a joy to interact with and a true asset to the restaurant.

The exceptional service does not end there, as Jayden also deserves recognition for her outstanding performance as a server. Jayden's exceptional memory, responsiveness, and cheerful attitude greatly enhance the dining experience for guests, leaving a lasting impression on those she serves. Her positive energy and dedication to meeting the needs of customers truly set her apart as a standout employee at Paradiso, contributing to the overall excellence of the dining experience.

Overall, the commitment to exceptional service exhibited by employees like Hadlee, Reagan, and Jayden truly sets Paradiso apart as a premier dining destination. The combination of their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to customer satisfaction makes dining at Paradiso an unforgettable and enjoyable experience. My interactions with these exceptional individuals have consistently left me impressed and eager to return for the amazing food, welcoming atmosphere, and unparalleled service they provide. Thank you, Paradiso, for always delivering an exceptional...

Work brings me to Fargo from the twin cities once a week, as I do not like eating at fast food places I choose a different place to go to after my work day. I'm responding to your question of how my dining experience was, unfortunately it is not good news. To begin with I waited at the front hostess area for about 5 minutes before someone came out to seat me she did ask me whether I wanted a booth or a table, there was a booth available but she had to clean it, which she did immediately but unfortunately for some reason, like many wait staff does, when she wiped it down there was left wet, I asked her if it was possible for her to dry it off which she did and was very courteous about it. Never have understood the practice of wiping down a table with a wet towel and leaving it wet so are you can put your hands, keys, checkbook, or whatever you have including the menu on a wet table. When asking the wait staff if there were any specials or anything featured from the menu he pointed to the fajitas. I asked him what the price was he pointed and said it was the price on the menu.,... Neglecting to mention that it was an all-you-can-eat special on Wednesdays. The only way I knew about it was by hearing somebody else at the next table talk about the special. When my food arrives I had no silverware since this was my first time at the restaurant I was unaware that the silverware was in the advertising box on the table. The food itself has little if any to be desired, nondescript or bland at best. To end my dining experience I had to go to three different people to try and pay my bill, it was $17 and some change I left 20 on the bar not because I thought anybody deserved a tip but I was more than done with my time at your establishment. The waiter was pleasant enough it's just that I think he had not been trained properly on customer service. Summarizing I definitely do not have glowing positive review of my dining experience at your place, hopefully something positive can come out of...

As many have mentioned here, it is not an authentic Mexican restaurant. I was greeted by two white women who said they were the owners and also mentioned they don't hire Mexican staff when I asked for someone who I could talk to in Spanish, since they could not understand what I was asking for.

Anyone looking for authentic Mexican food, just go to the nearby neighboring restaurant Acapulco. Acapulco even has “carne al pastor” amidst a sea of authentic Mexican cuisine offerings!

While I appreciated the ambiance and overall service of Paradiso, I must admit that I was a bit disappointed with the authenticity of the Mexican cuisine being offered.

As someone who enjoys experiencing different cultural flavors, I was hoping to indulge in a truly authentic Mexican dining experience. However, I noticed that the menu offerings and flavors did not align with what most would typically associate traditional Mexican cuisine. Moreover, the absence of Mexican staff members added to the feeling that the authenticity was missing.

I believe that staying true to the cultural essence of a cuisine can greatly enhance the dining experience for patrons like myself. Especially at these prices and in these times. When you choose to partake in an experience, it has to be worthwhile. Otherwise, you're throwing your money away. Incorporating genuine flavors and perhaps collaborating with experts who have a deep understanding of the cuisine could be valuable steps to consider.

I genuinely appreciate the effort put into creating an enjoyable atmosphere but again, the customer also wants to enjoy the food. I hope my feedback can contribute positively to the continuous improvement of your...
