McDonald's — Restaurant in Farmersville

Service here is a joke. The restaurant doesn't update its menu, advertises seasonal items in large print on menus but has employees, claiming to be managers, responding indignantly when asked for that item, as though the customer is causing the issue. "We only serve such and such" fine then dont advertise what you don't have. They seem to try to be fast at the sacrifice of any quality. I ordered a mcrib sandwhich, luckily the one seasonal item being advertised that they actually had. It was the sole item that I ordered nothing more. What I received was nothing short of an absolute mess in a box. Admittedly the mcrib is supposed to be saucy, but the sauce should typically go on the sandwich not on the underside in the box. Felt like because of my expressed frustration with the lack of advertised items, my order was treated as non important. Or maybe they treat all orders in this fashion. I called and asked to speak with a manager, and the person who took my order while I was there acknowledged that they had taken the order, and when I asked to speak with a manager the employee said "I am the manager" if that is the truth then you sir are just as disappointingly unprofessional as whoever made that sandwich. I mean this thing looked crazy sloppy enough that I felt the time was worth wasting to write this review to just put it out there somewhere. Your on a highway, figure something else out other than asking people to come back to fix the many other mistakes I imagine...

I went through the drive-thru ordered two McDoubles without ketchup and onions. The order was taken correctly however when I checked it out there was no condiments on it at all. I took them inside and waited and waited for someone to come to the counter there were other people waiting also so I started yelling for someone to come up to the counter. Finally she did come to the counter and I explained the problem and showed her my receipt and showed her the tag that was on the hamburgers everything was correct except for the hamburgers or not she took them and I waited a couple minutes and she brought me to new ones however this time there were pickles but no mustard again I waited and waited and again had to start yelling for somebody to come to the counter. This time somebody else came up and said she will get me some mustard they took my hamburgers and again a few minutes later they were returned to me this time correctly done so I left. When I started eating them I could tell the all they did was give me the same old hamburgers that we're now very cold and put mustard on them I was already late for an appointment so I could not go back and complain some more. The reason for the one star is they at least got my Coca-Cola...

Slow service, was only handed 1/2 my order, had to ask for the rest of it. Watched one fella in the back breaking his back to get the food out while 2 managers or shift leaders stood around watching the guys at the counter play on snap chat with people waiting. One of the leaders working the drive thru kept touching her face, wiping whatever on her pants and putting food and napkins in the bags. Did not wash or sanitize. I wish I could have stopped them folks in the drive thru, but I made sure this lady didn't touch our stuff. Disgusting. The tea containers had use by times several hours passed its limit. Recommended one person not use it and pointed it out. No lids for the small cups and dude handed me the wrong one. This place used to be so good, but with multiple employees standing around and people waiting, it isnt being ran very well. One employee told a waiting customer that asked a question he was off the clock. Well young man get your butt from behind the counter, otherwise answer the mans question and get off your phone. Very disappointed in what I seen. Filthy, disgusting acts by leaders, and no sense of urgency to their customers. I will be getting in contact with whoever is responsible for...
