The Grounds Coffee House — Restaurant in Farmersville

Wonderful coffee. I live 45 minutes away, but I will probably make a special trip just to sit on the front porch of this beautiful two-story house and sip this delicious coffee. I had regular coffee and had her put caramel syrup in it. There were so many syrups to choose from. Plus I had her add cream. I love that it was not burning hot and I could enjoy it immediately. It was the perfect temperature and flavor. And it was super inexpensive. The person with me got a cold coffee of some sort and really enjoyed it too. She also got a piece of peanut butter fudge. The place is hard to see from the street as it sits way back, and there is no sign on the beautiful two-story house. Maybe Farmersville has regulations against it, but I would put up a sign. There is a little gazebo by the street, and a flag or something that might say coffee. There is a drive-thru. And plenty of parking I think right by...
