I never had a problem with this location which is very upsetting that I have to rate my last experience a negative! I made an online order and went inside to pick up my order and was very annoyed that the person making my food wasnāt wearing a masks! I understand everyone has their mixed feeling about masks, Covid, etc, but when you clearly have a sign on your door for customer to wear one and your not, thatās a problem for me. Why do I have to and you donāt when cooking my food?! Not to mention you have another sign inside the store that all workers behind this point must wear a mask hmmm is that so? Clearly your workers are not following the guidelines by the state, nor your own that you have hanging in your own store! I would hate to report this further so please have a conversation with your employees about being smart and not ignorant! Not to mention his attitude was not the most pleasant either, which is odd because I never have a problem with anybody at this location. Itās also very unsanitary to be working with the food and handling the money! I watched him cash a lady out and then went and handle the food and came back to the front with no gloves, which lets me know he didnāt put on any gloves after touching the register. I called this evening to order a medium pizza with an order wings- all flats and an antipasto salad with NO salami and add double feta. The salad came with NO cheese, not even the mozzarella that comes on an antipasto salad and NO feta that I requested. The receipt says NO SALAMI and ADD DOUBLE FETAā¦but as you can seeā¦SALAMI on my salad but NO FETA that I am sure they charged me forā¦.all wrong. And to top it off, the pizza came like it had been thrown around and placed in the box. I called to advise of my lack of satisfaction and the manager Kyle, was very nonchalant. He never apologized until I became upset and then said there was nothing he could do about it because I asked for the owners information. I WILL NEVER do business here again. The lack of empathy for their mistakes, the nonchalant attitude when I asked how will they make their right wrong, was just horrible. This time, however, I waited almost 2 hours so I left my friend at my house just in case they delivered it while I was gone, and went to the store. The reason I went to the store: when I called their listed phone number wasn't even in operation. I went to the store and the ONLY employee that was in the store came up and helped me. He said it was on the road being delivered and went back to keep making pizza. In the process of him going back there he said some very inappropriate things to say in the workplace.
