ATTENTION OWNERS: The manager here needs to understand that they're the image of the company and their requirements are to have oversight of its core values and brand & to train employees correctly. Aroma joes is a drive up fast food/drink convenience for drivers! Being told by a manager that its typical for them to throw the cream cheese in a bag for the drivers to do themselves is saying that the company encourages distracted driving and their employees are too lazy! What makes these employees think that someone at 6 a.m. wants to put cream cheese on their bagel with a flimsy knife while driving to work on the highway? Isn't that their job? They're too lazy they can't put cream cheese on a bagel? Absolutely ridiculous! What's next we're going to have to add our own cream and sugar while we're...

I have to say that usually I love going to the aroma joes in Farmington. That being said today was not one of those days….. I justify paying the 6.92 for my rush drink because the ladies that work there are the sweetest friendliest girls I’ve met. Again today was not one of those days. Honest mistake I ordered the 32oz. And I’m asked at the window 24 nope a 32 and I pay pull up and get the 24 I ask is this the extra large yes. I pull away and look to make sure no it’s the 24oz. Not wanting to get back in line I call and the mailbox is full. I pull back in on my way home and the girl working has the worst attitude she’s rude and put out. Rolls her eyes like I’m trying to steal a drink and informs me they have no phone...

Mac at Aroma Joe’s made our vacation mornings truly special! Every day when we stopped by for our coffee, she greeted our daughter Emilia with such kindness and warmth. Emilia absolutely loved Mac — especially because she always handed out stickers, turning our daily coffee run into a fun little tradition.

It’s clear that Mac and the whole Aroma Joe’s team genuinely care about their customers. Mac’s friendly smile and thoughtful gestures made us feel right at home, and those little stickers brought so much joy to Emilia’s day.
