Good Morning Bagels — Restaurant in Farmington

I went in and was greeted by the woman at the register, I asked for a few minutes because it was my first time here. I ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese on a toasted plain bagel and 3 hash browns, I totally intended to be a fatty and eat one on the way back to my location so when I opened the container that had the hash browns in it, I realized that they were not fried they were put on the grill and to the touch it was cold. I about faced and turned to go back in I told the lady it was cold, but I thought that it would also be fried. She said sorry, I asked if I could trade for a few bagels instead. The cook which was a short skinny dude perks up and says would you like 2 bagels with cream cheese I said no because I wont be eating them now. I said Id like a few plain bagels as in no cream cheese but she went in a grabbed some plain bagels after I asked her to please take care of the guy that just came in because I wasnt sure what bagels I wanted. The guy got pissy and was like this is a simple fix why are you making it hard?! Im not I was just trying to be considerate of others. Smh the bagels were not toasted, the cheese was more in the container than on my sandwhich, the egg didnt even cover the bagel, it seemed like he cut the egg in half. I was heading to the reservoir to do a walking appointment with a colleague. As I was nearing the reservoir I received communication that she was going to be 10 minutes late. I thought what a phenomenal opportunity to pop over to this new Bagel Cafe and see how they are. Wow was that an awesome experience. First I walked through the door and was greeted with a smile from a young man at the register. Then I put my order in and practically walked around for what seemed like 2 minutes and the order was done. I ordered a breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel and had to obviously taste the Sesame Bagel not toasted because the bagels were fresh with their veggie cream cheese. I have to say this was definitely one of the top veggie cream cheeses I've ever tasted. The breakfast sandwich was absolutely perfect and I will certainly be going back. Thank you for a delicious morning and you help me crush the day after a long training session in the morning. I don't know about you but quick and efficient and lovely service means a lot to me thank you for all of that good morning Bagels you'll be seeing more of me and I will be sharing this with my friends and colleagues and the entire world here...

Dropped by after a doctors appointment to get a bagel sandwich. I love bagels, but not these! They seemed undercooked. But the most surprising and disappointing part is that while definitely fresh, it lacked any flavor, it was the blandest plain bagel I’ve ever tasted. I ordered a plain bagel, egg, cheese and canadian bacon sandwich and a fresh squeezed small orange juice. That came out to $15!!!! I was shocked by the price. The egg didn’t taste fresh—like it was definitely pre-cooked and just warmed up—and it was cooked all the way through, but I also didn’t specify runny, but no one asked me either. Canadian bacon was not cooked/warmed up (I didnt ask specifically for it to be cooked on the grill because I just assumed that it would be). Fresh squeezed juice was good. The cheese was good.
