McDonald's — Restaurant in Farmington

Honestly have to say I'll still continue to go because it's cheap, open late.

My experience the other night left me exhausted. I believe I was there an hour. I waited forever. By time I made it to the window my milkshake was water. Honestly, I didn't care for the night managers attitude. The window people were kind and understanding, as well as I to them. As the window dude was repreparing my milkshake I waited. The manager tried to re give me this milkshake and treated his employees like they were ignorant for remaking my milkshake. This aggravated me. I said no I'm sorry but I can't take that because it's water. I have a long drive home, so he's remaking it for me. The guy ignores me mumbling on. I get my milkshake and no meals.

I just got off work and wanted to just go home, but pick up mcdonald's because it's usually quick, easy, and friendly. This night definitely effected my rating.

I drive back around get my meals, and I couldn't quite hear the sarcastic comment he gave me through the closed window right before driving home, maybe asking if I was happy now? Or something. I smiled shrugging it off and drove home.

After the long day, waiting on food for my family, and driving home. My son's burger and my husband's got mixed up. Wouldn't be such a big deal but is 30ish minutes from my home and he doesn't eat mayonnaise. i had to waist food.

I really expected a bit more especially because they weren't that busy.

Farmington needs to shut this place down. 2 years ago I let the manager have it. I stood in line for over 20 mins watching flies land on the ice cream machine, roaches just walking across the lobby floor, filthy tables, tea container didnt have a lid, guessing they wanted to help the gnats and flies out. Many of us waiting in line while employees were gossiping about their coworkers and how they dont make enough to sweep floors or clean. I told the manager he is lazy and should be held responsible for customers getting sick. Fast forward to today. Still roaches, alive and dead. The bathroom smelled like fish and had urine on the floors my appetitewas ruined. . Unfortunately I had already went through drive thru and ordered my food. I went in to talk to management but started to get heated waiting for someone to come to the counter so I left. Got all the way home, 20 min drive. Looked in my bag and I had the drink and hashbrown but no mcmuffin . I had the apple pie box but no pie in the box. My sons biscuit and gravy was cold on top and in the middle but hot on the bottom. How is it that employees get away without checking the bags before handing it to customer. I called the store 3 times and no answer. I am furious but I can see that they dont care about reviews because I've not seen on response on any review. Your store sucks.... Time to shut down this...

This McDonald's has went down hill over the past few yrs and when they make a mistake like they did on our order tonight (which is not the first time they have made a mistake but the way it was handled is what has made us very mad) it proved it when you order 3 mcdoubles and the screen shows the way you ordered it and the receipt and the 3 lil papers stuck to the wrappers show it and you get home to find them basically slapped together with everything that you said you did not want proved to us they could careless about their customers!!!! There is no excuse for it there was not hardly any customers inside and there were only 2 in the drive thru!! The thing that made us even madder was the sarcastic manager!!!! She definitely needs to be trained over again on how to manager her coworkers and a store and how to deal with the customers when her and her crew screws up because when the Dairy Queen opens up it will put a big hurt on your business because we definitely do not care to go back and if we want to go to a McDonald's we will drive to Fayetteville and I guarantee you there are alot of other customers from Farmington that will too!!!!!
