They have dine in and a drive through. For dining in, the atmosphere is bland service is always touch and go. They either have enough staff or they don’t, no consistency. The food is okay, pretty standard for a Mexican restaurant with the exception of breakfast items which is nice. The chips are paper thin, salsa is delicious. Pancakes are huge. Omelets when they first opened were spot on, but now they’re more so scrambled eggs. Papas are always good nice and crispy. I would say the worst part about the business is the service. They have a drive through service but takes just as long as if you were sitting inside. Unless you call ahead 30+ minutes you should expect to wait that long to receive your food. They’ll bring it out to your vehicle but it takes a long time. You’re better off going to Farmington, or dining in especially for the price you pay. Why have an inefficient drive through that drags down your business and puts your clientele in a terrible position? If they truly wanted to have a viable business they could find a way to maximize the drive through service. This is the only location in Kirtland that has a drive through breakfast feature. They also do not take accountability for their mistakes, they often forget food items in an order or make you pay and wait again to fix their mistake. If you have time to spare by all means eat here, but if you value your time...

Nice little restaurant with prompt friendly service and a few tables outside in case indoor dining is banned this week. Tends more toward Authentic than Texas style, but they will try to cook it the way you like. Yes, you might sometimes find a surprise ingredient (like avocado in the burrito) you didn't expect, but they do honor special requests to put in or leave out stuff. Large breakfast menu with classical American and Mexican selections. Lunch menu is a little more limited (I think the only 'American' selection was hamburger.), but all the usual Mexican...
Read moreGreat place to eat. Its a cozy dining space with a small town vibe. The guacamole is the best in a 50 mile radius, trust me I've done the work. The green chili chicken tamales are amazing. I also recommend the chili reñallos, crispy. The best part about this place is the atmosphere. No complaints, the only reason I haven't rated it higher than 4 stars is because I haven't had the chance to try everything on the menu just yet but I suspect I will eventually. Delicious food and cozy atmosphere, highly recommended if you are traveling through because you'll always remember the tamales no matter where the road takes you. Happy...
