Simple Simon's Pizza — Restaurant in Farmington

My girlfriend and I made a last minute decision to go here on Sunday 8/17/25 for a late lunch. We had low expectations because it was nearly 1:30pm, and we knew the buffet shut down at 2:00pm. So we were expecting leftover pizza that had been sitting for awhile. Probably a little stale, and certainly not fresh. Not only were greeted by the owner (Aaron i believe), and a trainee (who did fantastic 👍) in the friendliest manner, but we were pleasantly surprised to see that the buffet was not wiped out, and left with just a few random leftovers! It is generally a given, at buffets, that fresh food rarely gets put out in the last 30 minutes or so of the scheduled shut down. We were prepared for that. What we weren't prepared for was hot, fresh food! Not only was the food fresh, but they continued to put fresh food out as needed! Even though there were only 2 other tables occupied! This is above and beyond taking care of your customers! The price was less than most lower quality pizza buffets. Very reasonable. The staff were all super friendly and very personable! This place is the gold standard for how a business should be run! Thank you all for a wonderful experience! I CAN'T WAIT...

I haven't been to a Simple Simons in a really long time. So I read the reviews first to see what others had to say. And then decided to take my family and give them a try. I must say that we will be back to eat again. The pizza was really good and customer service was just as good. Even the owner Aaron took the time to talk with the customers and told us a little bit about himself and his wife. That was a pleasant conversation. It was nice listening to Christian music instead of something else that is not family friendly I'll just say. It's definitely better than CiCi's, one review that was left said it was worst than them. I'll disagree and support a local business when I can. Now I know Simon's is a chain put it's in my local community and that's what I'm supporting instead of driving to Fayetteville. First time ever I had to make a complaint against an employee. Called in to get a price of the pizza I wanted to order and I thought my phone was acting up as I was disconnected . Didn’t think much about it so I called back and apologized and proceeded again to place my order but once again I lost connection. I knew something was up at the store level so I called back a third time. I could hear them laughing but this time I managed to get the price and just as I was about to order the phone went dead again. They were hanging up on me and making a joke about it. My son ended up calling in my order with no problem. When I went in to get it the girl came out to wait on me and when I asked for the manager the smile immediately left her face.
